The present invention relates to a sandwich panel containing a semi-incombustible phenolic foam, and more specifically, to a sandwich panel which includes: a semi-noncombustible phenolic foam completed by foaming after mixing a resole-based phenolic resin, an acid curing agent, a foaming agent, a foam stabilizer, an organic flame retardant, an inorganic flame retardant and a diluent; adhesive applied to upper and lower surfaces of semi-noncombustible phenolic foam; a surface material; and a reinforcing plate for a panel. Therefore, it is possible to minimize human casualties due to combustible gas in case of fire.
본 발명은 준불연 페놀 발포폼을 포함하는 샌드위치 패널에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 레졸계 페놀수지, 산경화제, 발포제, 정포제, 유기 난연제, 무기 난연제 및 희석제를 혼합한 후 발포 형성시켜 완성된 준불연 페놀 발포폼의 상면 및 하면에 접착제, 표면재 및 패널용 보강판을 포함하는 샌드위치 패널에 관한 것이다.
