The present invention provides a formwork connector. The formwork connector may fill redundant space formed between formworks by using a direct connector, a corner connector, and an in-corner connector or cover the redundant space by inserting plywood. Therefore, regardless of the width of the redundant space formed between the formworks, the formwork connector can be installed on-site, significantly reducing construction time for installing formworks. The formwork connector can be installed using both Euroform and aluminum formwork. The formwork connector greatly improves the support capability of the inserted plywood, thus providing robust support against a load of casted concrete. Inserting the plywood can be done easily, so the efficiency of construction work is significantly enhanced. The formwork connector that fills the redundant space between formworks can be constructed regardless of spacing between formworks that varies with the redundant space and be repeatedly fastened and dismantled with the same fixing pin, to allow for clean wall surfaces and shortened construction time. In addition to preventing concrete from flowing into the formwork side, the formwork connector reduces the installation and construction time of formworks, minimizing construction periods and leading to cost savings.
본 발명은 직결형연결구와 코너형연결구 및 인코너형연결구에 의해 거푸집과 거푸집 사이에 형성되는 잉여공간을 매꾸어 줌은 물론 합판을 끼워주는 것으로 거푸집과 거푸집 사이의 잉여공간을 매꿀 수 있음에 따라, 거푸집과 거푸집 사이에 형성되는 잉여공간의 넓이에 관계없이 현장에서 시공이 가능하며, 거푸집 시공에 대한 시공시간을 현저하게 줄일 수 있으며, 유로폼과 알루미늄폼을 겸용하여 설치할 수 있으며, 끼워지는 합판의 지지성이 크게 향상되어 타설되는 콘크리트의 타설 하중을 견고하게 지지할 수 있으며, 합판의 끼움작업이 용이하여 시공작업성이 크게 향상되고, 거푸집과 거푸집 사이에 형성되는 잉여공간을 매꾸어 주는 거푸집 연결체를 잉여공간에 따라 달라지는 거푸집과 거푸집 사이의 간격에 관계없이 시공 설치가 가능하도록 하고, 동일한 고정핀으로 체결 및 해체를 반복할 수 있어 깨끗한 벽면과 시공을 단축할 수 있으며, 거푸집측으로 콘크리트가 유입되는 것을 방지할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 거푸집 설치 시공시간을 단축하여 공사기간을 최소화하고 비용절감을 유도할 수 있는 거푸집 연결체가 개시된다.
