Clamps for fixing H-Beam scaffolding pipes
The present invention relates to a clamp for fixing H-beam scaffold pipes, which can be coupled to frames of various sizes and allows the scaffold pipes to be installed at various angles. A pair of movable members coupled to an H-beam frame are coupled to both sides of a fixing member, and a clamp for fixing scaffold pipes (P) are coupled to the front surface of the fixing member. The fixing member formed in a "C" shape includes a guide part having guides formed on the movable members at both side surfaces to induce a precise horizontal movement, and first bolt holes formed to communicate with second bolt holes of the movable members. The movable member is independent of the fixing member and is designed to move laterally by being spaced apart from each other or approaching each other. Guide bolts are inserted into the first bolt hole and the second bolt hole and are secured by nuts, thereby allowing the clamp to rotate the scaffold pipe (P) at various angles through rotation around the rotation axis of the fixing member and to be coupled to H-beam frames of various sizes by the lateral movement of the movable members. Therefore, the present invention can be moved laterally at both sides of the fixing members, and can be coupled to H-beam frames of various sizes since the movable members are coupled to be replaced as desired. Furthermore, the present invention can install scaffold pipes at various angles by coupling a clamp for securing the scaffold pipe to the front of the fixing member in a rotatable manner.
본 발명은 다양한 규격의 프레임에 결합할 수 있으며, 비계 파이프를 다양한 각도로 설치할 수 있는 에이치빔 비계 파이프 고정용 클램프에 관한 것으로, 고정부재의 양측에는 에이치빔 프레임(H-Beam Frame)에 결합되는 한 쌍의 이동부재가 결합되고, 고정부재의 전면에는 비계 파이프(P)를 고정하는 클램프가 결합되는 고정용 클램프에 있어서, 'ㄷ' 형상으로 이루어진 고정부재는 양 측면에 이동부재에 형성된 가이드가 삽입되어 정확한 수평이동을 유도하는 안내부와, 이동부재의 제2볼트홀과 서로 연통하는 제1볼트홀이 형성되고, 상기 이동부재는 고정부재와 독립적으로 이루어져 서로 이격되거나 근접함으로써 좌우로 이동할 수 있게 구성되며, 상기 제1볼트홀 및 제2볼트홀에는 가이드볼트가 삽입되어 너트에 의해 고정되어, 상기 클램프는 고정부의 회전축에 의한 회전으로 비계 파이프(P)를 다양한 각도로 설치할 수 있도록 구성되고, 이동부재의 좌우 이동에 의해 다양한 규격의 에이치빔 프레임에 결합할 수 있도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 에이치빔 비계 파이프 고정용 클램프를 제안한다.따라서 본 발명은 고정부재의 양측에 좌우로 이동할 수 있으며, 임의로 교체할 수 있는 이동부재를 결합함으로써 다양한 규격의 에이치빔 프레임(H-Beam Frame)에 결합하여 사용할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 또한, 고정부재의 전면에 비계 파이프를 고정하는 클램프를 회전할 수 있도록 결합함으로써 비계 파이프를 다양한 각도로 설치할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
