The present invention relates to a sidewalk block manufacturing device. When a lower mold (80) by a turntable (T) linked to the step-by-step rotation of a center motor (M) in a sidewalk block demoulding unit (700) is in place, a sidewalk block (90) is gripped by a clamp (70) to make a reciprocating motion that goes straight outward on a horizontal line, tosses the same to a receiver (E10), and then goes straight inward on a horizontal line again. Thus, it is possible to actively solve a number of problems such as life limit, structural complexity, and design cost increase by eliminating the centering accuracy defect, excessive time consumption, and heavy load of the sidewalk block (90). By the clamp (70), the sidewalk block (90) is gripped, straight outward on the horizontal line, tossed to the receiver (E10), and then straight inward on the horizontal line, so that the reciprocating motion of the sidewalk block (90) quickly realizes the demolding and toss process to ensure productivity through simple work.
본 발명은 보도블록탈형부(700)에서 센터모터(M)의 스텝바이스텝 회전에 연동되는 턴테이블(T)에 의한 하부금형(80)이 정위치될 때 클램프(70)로서 보도블록(90)을 파지하여 수평선상으로 외향 직진되어 리시버(E10)로 토스한 후 다시 수평선상으로 내향 직진되는 왕복운동을 가능케 하여 보도블록(90)의 센터링 정확도 불량, 시간 과다 소요, 부하 가중 등을 없애 수명한계, 구조복잡 및 설계단가상승 등과 같은 다수의 문제점을 적극적으로 해소할 수 있도록 하는, 즉 클램프(70)로서 보도블록(90)을 파지하여 수평선상으로 외향 직진되어 리시버(E10)로 토스한 후 다시 수평선상으로 내향 직진되는 왕복운동으로 보도블록(90)의 탈형 및 토스 공정을 신속하게 실현케 하여 간소 간단한 작업을 통한 생산성을 보장케 한 보도블록 제조장치에 관한 발명이다.
