APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING OF SIDEWALK BLOCK
The present invention relates to a sidewalk block molding device. The sidewalk block molding device comprises: a molding part (400) for molding a block by using a mold (410) having a block shape and a pressing means (420) moving up and down on the upper part of the mold (410); a secondary mortar supplying part (200) for transferring coarse mortar (B) to the molding part (400) by using a second hopper (210) and a second reciprocating means (220); and a tertiary mortar supplying part (300) for transferring colored mortar (C) to the molding part (400) by using a third hopper (310) and a third reciprocating means (320). The secondary mortar supplying part (200) includes a primary mortar supplying part (100) at one side thereof to supply soft mortar (A) to the molding part (400). The soft mortar (A), the coarse mortar (B), and the colored mortar (C) are simultaneously pressed in the molding part (400). The present invention is characterized by easily manufacturing a sidewalk block having strong strength and durability by having mutually strong binding force in a 3-stage structure.
본 발명은 인도블록 성형장치에 관한 것으로서, 블록 형상의 몰드(410)와 몰드(410)의 상부에서 승강하는 가압수단(420)을 이용해 블록을 성형하는 성형부(400)와, 제2호퍼(210) 및 제2왕복수단(220)을 이용해 거친몰탈(B)을 성형부(400)에 이송하는 2차몰탈공급부(200)와, 제3호퍼(310) 및 제3왕복수단(320)을 이용해 유색몰탈(C)을 성형부(400)에 이송하는 3차몰탈공급부(300)를 포함하는 인도블록 성형장치에 있어서; 상기 2차몰탈공급부(200)의 일측에는 연성몰탈(A)을 성형부(400)에 공급하는 1차몰탈공급부(100)를 포함하여 구성함에 따라 상기 연성몰탈(A)과 거친몰탈(B)과 유색몰탈(C)이 성형부(400)에서 동시에 가압되어 3단 구조가 상호 견고한 결속력을 가지고 강도 및 내구성이 현격히 향상된 인도블록을 용이하게 제조하도록 하는 것이 특징이다.
