A fixing system for protecting lightning of an overhead power distribution line connected to a transformer extracts electric field detection information and magnetic field detection information from a lightning protection device coupled with a lightning arrester, to determine whether there is a risk of lightning strike, and finely moves the lightning arrester minutely to place the same at a position with the highest risk of occurrence of lightning. The present invention has an effect of ensuring the safety of workers working on electric poles and preventing lightning accidents in advance, to minimize a failure problem of a cross arm or insulator, caused by lightning strike.
변압기에 연결되는 가공 배전선로의 낙뢰 방지 겸용 고정 시스템은 피뢰기구가 결합된 낙뢰 제거 장치에서 전계 검출 정보와 자계 검출 정보를 추출하여 낙뢰 발생 위험 여부를 판단하고, 피뢰기구를 낙뢰 발생 위험도가 가장 높은 위치에 위치하도록 미세 이동할 수 있다. 본 발명은 전주에서 작업하는 작업자의 안전을 보장하고, 낙뢰 사고를 미연에 방지하여 낙뢰가 내리쳐서 발생하는 완철이나 애자의 고장 문제를 최소화할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
