The present invention relates to a horizontal fireproof shutter, wherein a shutter box and a slat installed at the bottom surface of the upper side of a stair passage connecting the upper story to the lower story of a multi-layer building can horizontally block the stair passage, in order to increase the space utilization, and prevent the damage from spreading between stories in case of emergency such as fire. To this end, the horizontal fireproof shutter according to the present invention is provided at the bottom surface of the upper story of the stair passage of the multi-layer building, and comprises: a shutter box which is installed at one side of the stair passage and has a slat entrance unit formed at the lower portion of the front surface; a slat driving unit which is built in the shutter box; a slat which is horizontally moved in a back-and-forth direction by the slat driving unit to open and close the stair passage of the building; a slat guide unit which is formed in an inclined manner or in a curved line towards the front side at the lower portion of the rear side of the slat driving unit to change the moving direction of the slat; and a guide rail which is installed in parallel at the both sides of the front slat entrance portion of the shutter box, and the both sides of the stair passage to be connected to the slat guide unit and to guide the horizontal movement of the slat. Moreover, the slat is slid along the slat guide unit while the moving direction thereof is changed by 90 degrees to be horizontally moved towards the slat entrance portion of the front surface of the shutter box. Furthermore, a slat bearing, which is attached at a predetermined interval in an advancement direction at the both side surfaces of the slat may be slid along the guiding groove formed to be extended in a longitudinal direction on the inner side surface of the guide rail, thereby horizontally blocking the stair passage.
본 발명은 수평형 방화셔터에 관한 것으로, 복층 건축물의 상층과 하층을 연결하는 계단통로의 상측 바닥면에 설치되는 셔터박스 및 슬랫이 계단통로를 수평으로 차단 가능하여 공간 활용도를 높이고 화재와 같은 위급상황이 발생시 층간 피해 확산을 방지할 수 있다. 이를 위한 본 발명의 수평형 방화셔터는, 복층 건축물 계단통로의 상층 바닥면에 구비되는 것으로, 상기 계단통로 일측에 설치되며 전면 하부에 슬랫 출입부가 형성된 셔터박스; 상기 셔터박스에 내장되어 있는 슬랫 구동부; 상기 슬랫 구동부에 의해 전후 수평으로 이동하면서 건축물의 계단통로를 개폐하는 슬랫; 상기 슬랫 구동부의 후측 하부에 전방을 향해 비스듬한 경사 또는 곡선으로 형성하여 상기 슬랫의 이동 방향을 전향시키는 슬랫 가이드부; 상기 셔터박스의 전방 슬랫 출입부 양측, 상기 계단통로 양측에 나란히 설치하여 상기 슬랫 가이드부와 이어지고 상기 슬랫의 수평 이동을 안내하는 가이드 레일;을 포함하고, 상기 슬랫은 상기 슬랫 가이드부를 따라 슬라이딩하면서 이동 방향이 90도 전향되어 상기 셔터박스 전면의 슬랫 출입부를 향해 수평 이동하게 되며, 상기 슬랫의 양측면에 진행 방향을 따라 일정 간격으로 부착된 슬랫 베어링이 상기 가이드 레일의 내측면에 길이 방향으로 연장 형성된 안내홈을 따라 슬라이딩하면서 상기 계단통로를 수평으로 차단하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
