The present invention relates to a flare tip horizontal fire shutter and, more specifically, to a flare tip horizontal fire shutter capable of effectively blocking flames, high-temperature heat or wind heat due to a fire by being automatically closed in a horizontal direction even when power cannot be supplied due to an emergency such as a fire in a flare stack system installed in an oil drilling, oil storage or petrochemical factory. In accordance with one embodiment of the present invention, the flare tip horizontal fire shutter, which is a system to open and close a horizontal opening part divided into upper and lower parts, includes: a main roll part; a sub roll part spaced a predetermined distance apart from the main roll part; a winder connected with the main roll part and the sub roll part through a chain to provide motive power; an interlocking controller controlling the operation of the winder; a slat part bound to a plurality of slat panels wound or unwound in accordance with the rotation of the main roll part; a sawtooth-shaped slat moving part rotated along the sub roll part while clamping and rotating the slat panels; a slider part having one side fixed to the slat moving part and having the other side rotated by holding the sub roll part, and, when the slat moving part exceeds a set rotating force, guiding the slat moving part to be slid to the sub roll part; a slat tension part adjusting the tension of the slat part; and a guide part having a groove part guiding the slat part while supporting the slat part.
본 발명은 플레어 팁 수평 방화셔터에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 석유시추, 정유 또는 석유화학 공장 등에서 설치되는 플레어 스택 장치 내에 화재 등과 같은 비상 상황으로 인하여 전원이 공급되지 않을 경우에도 수평방향으로 자동으로 닫혀 화재에 따른 화염이나 고열 또는 풍열 등을 효과적으로 차단할 수 있기 위한 플레어 팁 수평 방화셔터에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일실시 예에 따른 플레어 팁 수평 방화셔터는 상하로 구분 짓는 수평 개구부를 개폐(開閉)하는 장치로, 메인롤부; 상기 메인롤부에서 소정 거리 이격된 보조롤부; 상기 메인롤부 및 보조롤부와 체인으로 연결되어 동력을 제공하는 권취장치; 상기 권취장치의 동작을 제어하는 연동제어장치; 상기 메인롤부의 회전에 따라 감기거나 풀리는 복수의 판상 패널로 결속시킨 슬랫(slat)부; 상기 보조롤부를 따라 회전하되 상기 판상 패널을 물고 회전하는 톱니 형상의 슬랫무빙부; 일측이 상기 슬랫무빙부에 고정되고 타측이 상기 보조롤부를 파지(把持)하여 회전되되 상기 슬랫무빙부가 설정된 회전력을 초과할 경우 상기 보조롤부에 미끄러지게 유도하는 슬라이더부; 상기 슬랫부의 텐션(tension)을 조정하는 슬랫텐션부; 및 상기 슬랫부를 지지하면서 안내하는 홈부가 형성된 가이드부;를 포함한다.
