The present invention relates to an adjustable bracket for an exterior panel. When an exterior panel is constructed in an outside insulation method, a movable connection unit is screwed and connected to a front end from which an anchor member having a rear end anchored to a wall protrudes to the front side of an insulator. Also, a panel connection unit is connected between upper and lower exterior panels at the front end of the movable connection unit. So, the position of the movable connection unit is easily changed along the anchor member. Therefore, the adjustable bracket for an exterior panel can be applied regardless of construction error of a wall or the thickness of the insulator. According to the present invention, the adjustable bracket for an exterior panel comprises: the anchor member having the rear end anchored to the wall by passing through the insulator and also having a front end protruding to the front side of the insulator; the movable connection unit comprising a first control nut screwed to the front end of the anchor member and a second control nut screwed from the front side of the first control nut to the anchor member, and attached to the front side of the insulator by freely controlling the position to be connected to the anchor member; the panel connection unit comprising an anchor connection member connected to the anchor member between the first control nut and the second control nut, and a panel support unit having a pair of through holes in the position of the exterior panel, wherein the panel support unit is installed between the exterior panels vertically adjacent to each other by being installed in the front of the anchor connection unit; and a fixing clip connected to the upper part of the panel connection unit by comprising a pair of wedge pieces horizontally separated and a connection piece connecting an upper end of the wedge piece. The fixing clip fixes the lower exterior panel and the panel support unit as the wedge piece is installed to be embedded into an upper end of the lower exterior panel by penetrating the through hole.
본 발명은 외단열 방식에서 외장패널 시공 시, 후단이 벽체에 정착된 앵커부재가 단열재의 전면으로 돌출된 전단에 가동결합부가 나사 결합되고 가동결합부의 전단에서 상하부 외장패널 사이에 패널결합부가 결합됨으로써, 앵커부재를 따라 가동결합부의 위치 변경이 용이하여 단열재의 두께나 벽체의 시공 오차와 상관없이 적용할 수 있는 외장패널용 조정식 연결철물에 대한 것이다. 본 발명은 단열재를 관통하여 후단은 벽체에 정착되고, 전단은 단열재의 전면으로 돌출되는 앵커부재; 상기 앵커부재의 전단에 나사 결합되는 제1조절너트와 상기 제1조절너트의 전면에서 앵커부재에 나사 결합되는 제2조절너트로 구성되어 앵커부재에 결합되는 위치를 자유롭게 조절함으로써 단열재의 전면에 밀착되는 가동결합부; 상기 제1조절너트와 제2조절너트 사이에서 앵커부재에 결합되는 앵커결합부와 상기 앵커결합부의 전방에 구비되어 상하로 이웃하는 외장패널 사이에 구비되는 것으로 외장패널 위치에 한 쌍의 관통공이 형성된 패널지지부로 구성되는 패널결합부; 및 좌우로 이격되는 한 쌍의 쐐기편과 상기 쐐기편의 상단을 연결하는 연결편으로 구성되어 패널결합부의 상부에서 결합되는 것으로, 상기 쐐기편이 상기 관통공을 관통하여 하부 외장패널의 상단에 박히도록 설치됨으로써 하부 외장패널과 패널지지부를 서로 고정하는 고정클립: 으로 구성된다.

The present invention relates to an adjustable bracket for an exterior panel. When an exterior panel is constructed in an outside insulation method, a movable connection unit is screwed and connected to a front end from which an anchor member having a rear end anchored to a wall protrudes to the front side of an insulator. Also, a panel connection unit is connected between upper and lower exterior panels at the front end of the movable connection unit. According to the present invention, the adjustable bracket for an exterior panel comprises: the anchor member having the rear end anchored to the wall by passing through the insulator and also having a front end protruding to the front side of the insulator; the movable connection unit comprising a first control nut screwed to the front end of the anchor member and a second control nut screwed from the front side of the first control nut to the anchor member, and attached to the front side of the insulator by freely controlling the position to be connected to the anchor member; the panel connection unit comprising an anchor connection member connected to the anchor member between the first control nut and the second control nut, and a panel support unit having a pair of through holes in the position of the exterior panel, wherein the panel support unit is installed between the exterior panels vertically adjacent to each other by being installed in the front of the anchor connection unit; and a fixing clip connected to the upper part of the panel connection unit by comprising a pair of wedge pieces horizontally separated and a connection piece connecting an upper end of the wedge piece. The fixing clip fixes the lower exterior panel and the panel support unit as the wedge piece is installed to be embedded into an upper end of the lower exterior panel by penetrating the through hole.
