A double gap shielding fireproofing door in which expandable material is applied for improving fire endurance
The present invention relates to a double gap blocking fire door to which an expandable foaming agent is applied to improve fire resistance performance. According to the present invention, when a door panel rotates with a wind pressure in an event of a fire, a structure is improved so that a gap between a second door frame and the door panel is primarily shielded. The expandable foaming agent is applied to a portion of the second door frame adjacent to the gap between the second door frame and the door panel. Therefore, the expandable foaming agent expands due to a heat transferred in the event of the fire. The gap is secondarily shielded and double shielded. As a result, fire resistance is improved. The double gap blocking fire door to which the expandable foaming agent is applied to improve the fire resistance performance of the present invention comprises: a first door frame (200); the second door frame (300); and the door panel (400).
본 발명은 화재발생시 도어패널이 풍압으로 회전시 제2 문틀과 도어패널 사이의 틈새가 1차적으로 차폐되도록 구조를 개선하고 제2 문틀과 도어패널 사이의 틈새에 인접하는 제2 문틀의 부분에 팽창성 발포제를 적용하여 화재발생시 전달되는 열에 의해 팽창성 발포제가 팽창하여 상기 틈새를 2차적으로 차폐하여 상기 틈새를 이중으로 차폐함으로써 내화성능을 향상시키는 내화성능 향상을 위하여 팽창성 발포제를 적용한 이중 틈새 차단 방화문에 관한 것이다.

The present invention relates to a double gap blocking fire door to which an expandable foaming agent is applied to improve fire resistance performance.
