The present invention relates to a grouting composition, and more specifically, to an eco-friendly self-healing lightweight foam grouting composition and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, rapid curing at room temperature is excellent to shorten a construction period, to facilitate subsequent processes, to reduce costs and labor costs and to achieve ease of construction, and emission of harmful substances is prevented, thereby providing eco-friendly lightweight foam concrete. The provided eco-friendly self-healing lightweight foam grouting composition has excellent flowability and lightness, thereby being applied in various ways regardless of the shape of a target area.
본 발명은 그라우팅용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 친환경 자기치유 경량기포 그라우팅용 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 상온 급결성이 우수해져 공사기간을 단축하고, 후속공정을 처리하기 쉬우며, 원가 및 인건비를 절감하고, 시공의 용이성을 달성함은 물론 유해물질 방출이 안되기 때문에 환경친화적인 경량기포 콘크리트를 제공하며, 제공된 환경친화적 자기치유 경량기포 그라우팅용 조성물은 흐름성과 경량성이 우수하여 대상영역의 형상에 구애받지 않고 다양하게 적용할 수 있다.
