The present invention relates to a method for installing sludge removal-type underground sewage pipes to prevent cracks in a water supply and sewage pipe due to clogging. According to the present invention, the method for installing sludge removal-type underground sewage pipes comprises the steps of: preparing sludge removal-type underground sewage pipe equipment; transporting the sludge removal-type underground sewage pipe equipment by a transport means; unloading the sludge removal-type underground sewage pipe equipment at a site by an unloading means; installing the sludge removal-type underground sewage pipe facility at the site; and monitoring the sludge removal-type underground sewage pipe equipment by a monitoring means. The sludge removal-type underground sewage pipe equipment includes a buried water supply/sewage pipe. The buried water supply/sewage pipe includes: a transfer pipe (100) installed to be longitudinally buried in the ground; a pair of left and right flow control valves (200) installed on the left and right sides of the transfer pipe (100) to regulate the inflow and outflow of flow; a manhole (300) installed and bent on the outer surface of the transfer pipe (100) so that the inside can be observed from the ground; and a scraper (400) installed between the pair of flow control valves (200) to remove sludge (S) settled and deposited on the inner peripheral surface of the transfer pipe (100).
본 발명은 슬러지제거형 지중매설 하수관 설비 설치방법으로서, 슬러지제거형 지중매설 하수관 설비가 준비되는 단계; 상기 슬러지제거형 지중매설 하수관 설비가 이송수단에 의하여 이송되는 단계; 상기 슬러지제거형 지중매설 하수관 설비가 현장에 하적수단에 의하여 하적되는 단계; 상기 슬러지제거형 지중매설 하수관 설비가 상기 현장에 설치되는 단계; 및 상기 슬러지제거형 지중매설 하수관 설비가 모니터링 수단에 의하여 모니텅되는 단계를 포함하되, 상기 슬러지제거형 지중매설 하수관 설비는 매설형 상하수관을 포함하며, 매설형 상하수관은, 지중에 길이방향으로 매설되게 설치되는 이송관(100)과; 상기 이송관(100)의 좌측과 우측에 각각 설치되어 유량의 유입과 유출을 단속하는 좌우 한 쌍의 유량제어밸브(200)와; 이송관(100)의 외면에 굴절 설치되어 지상에서내부를 관찰할 수 있도록 된 맨홀(300)과; 한 쌍의 유량제어밸브(200) 사이에 설치되어 이송관(100)의 내주면에침전 및 퇴적된 슬러지(S)를 제거하는 스크레이퍼(400)를 포함한다.
