The present invention relates to a rotary dust remover equipped with a screen having an impurity removal function. More specifically, the rotary dust remover comprises: a dust remover body having a track chain provided therein, and having a driving unit rotating the track chain; a screen unit installed in the dust remover body to filter out impurities flowing along sewage; and a rake unit installed on the track chain and having removal protrusions formed to remove impurities filtered out by the screen unit as well as transfer the impurities, wherein the screen unit comprises a connection shaft installed in the dust remover body, and collection bars inserted and fixed while maintaining a predetermined distance from the connection shaft. A sewage transfer space is formed between the collection bars, and an impurity removal means is provided in the screen unit. In accordance with the present invention, as the impurity removal means is detachably provided in the screen unit installed in the rotary dust remover equipped with a screen, the rotary dust remover can have effects of saving time and costs for maintenance, preventing damage to the rake unit caused by an impact by the impurities and friction against the screen, and effectively improving the efficiency of impurity separation by the screen.
본 발명은 협잡물 탈거 기능을 갖는 스크린이 마련된 로터리 제진기에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 내부에 궤도체인이 마련되고, 상기 궤도체인을 회전시키는 구동부를 갖는 제진기본체; 상기 제진기본체에 설치되어 하수를 따라 이동하는 협잡물을 걸러내는 스크린부; 및 상기 궤도체인에 설치되어 상기 스크린부에 걸러진 협잡물을 탈거시킴과 아울러 이송시키도록 탈거돌기들이 형성된 레이크부로 이루어지며, 상기 스크린부는 상기 제진기본체의 내부에 설치되는 연결샤프트와, 상기 연결샤프트에 일정간격을 유지하며 끼움되어 고정되는 수거바로 이루어지며, 상기 수거바들 사이에는 하수이송공간이 형성되고, 상기 스크린부에는 협잡물 탈거수단이 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 협잡물 탈거 기능을 갖는 스크린이 마련된 로터리 제진기를 제공한다. 본 발명인 협잡물 탈거 기능을 갖는 스크린이 마련된 로터리 제진기는 제진기에 설치되는 스크린부에 탈착가능하게 협잡물 탈거수단을 마련하여, 유지보수에 따른 시간과 비용을 절감할 수 있게 되고, 협잡물에 의한 충격과 레이크와의 마찰에 의한 스크린부의 파손을 방지하게 되며, 레이크에 의한 협잡물 분리효율을 효과적으로 향상시킬 수 있게 되는 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to a rotary dust remover equipped with a screen having an impurity removal function.
