Precast Self Retaining wall and its construction method
The present invention relates to a retaining wall which facilitates construction by applying a precast self-supported retaining wall method. To this end, disclosed is a retaining wall, which comprises: a plurality of piles installed on the ground; a soil retention plate installed at the rear side of each pile; and a wall body panel made of precast concrete to be installed at the front side of each pile. In addition, disclosed in the present invention is a retaining wall construction method, which comprises: a wall body panel manufacturing step of manufacturing a wall body panel by using a precast self-supported retaining wall method; a punching step of forming a plurality of holes on the ground; a pile insertion step of inserting the piles into the holes; an excavation step of excavating the ground at the front side of the piles while installing the soil retention plate at the rear side of the piles after the pile insertion step; a wall body panel installation step of installing the wall body panel at the front side of the piles after the excavation step; and a concrete placing step of placing concrete between the soil retention plate and the wall body panel after the wall body panel installation step.
본 발명은 프리캐스트 자립식 자립식 옹벽 공법을 적용하여 시공이 용이하도록 한 옹벽에 관한 것으로서, 지반에 설치되는 다수의 파일; 상기 각 파일의 후방에 설치되는 토류판; 및 상기 각 파일의 전방에 설치되는 프리캐스트 콘크리트로 된 벽체패널;을 포함하는 옹벽을 개시한다. 아울러, 본 발명은 프리캐스트 자립식 옹벽 공법을 이용하여 벽체패널을 제작하는 벽체패널제작단계; 지반에 다수의 구멍을 형성시키는 천공단계; 상기 구멍에 파일을 삽입하는 파일삽입단계; 상기 파일삽입단계 후, 상기 파일 전방의 지반을 파내면서 파일의 후방에 토류판을 설치하는 터파기단계; 상기 터파기단계 후, 상기 파일의 전방에 상기 벽체패널을 설치하는 벽체패널설치단계; 및 상기 벽체패널설치단계 후, 상기 토류판과 벽체패널의 사이에 콘크리트를 타설하는 콘크리트타설단계;를 포함하는 옹벽 시공방법을 개시한다.
