The present invention relates to an eco-friendly walking mat, wherein the upper surface of a mat main body is provided with improved durability, and the lower surface thereof is prevented from being corroded or decaying, thereby guaranteeing a long service life. To this end, the walking mat comprises: a mat main body which is formed after a rope made of a coir fiber material is horizontally and vertically woven; a durability complementing layer which is formed after being applied on the outer surface of the rope exposed at the upper surface of the mat main body, and complements durability of the upper surface of the mat main body; and a decay reduction layer which is formed after being applied on the outer surface of the rope exposed at the lower surface of the mat main body, and reduces the decay at the lower surface of the mat main body. The durability complementing layer has biodegradable resin, epoxy, resin, and guar gum as main ingredients, and has an antifoaming agent, a dispersant, a desiccant and an emulsifier as auxiliary ingredients, so as to be formed after a mixture, in which the main ingredients and the auxiliary ingredients are mixed and liquefied, then applied and dried.
본 발명은 매트본체의 상면에는 내구성을 향상시키고 하면에는 부식 및 부패를 방지하여 장수명이 보장되도록 하는 친환경 보행매트에 관한 것으로, 본 보행매트는 야자 섬유 재질의 로프를 가로와 세로로 직조하여 형성되는 매트본체와; 상기 매트본체의 상면에 노출되는 로프의 외면에 도포되어 형성되고, 상기 매트본체의 상면의 내구성을 보완하는 내구성보완층과; 상기 매트본체의 하면에 노출되는 로프의 외면에 도포되어 형성되고, 상기 매트본체의 하면의 부패를 저감시키는 부패저감층을; 포함하고, 상기 내구성보완층은, 생분해성 수지, 에폭시, 송진, 구아검을 주성분으로 하고, 소포제, 분산제, 건조제, 유화제를 보조성분으로 하며, 상기 주성분과 보조성분이 혼합된 혼합물을 액상화한 후에 이를 도포하고 건조하여 형성된다.
