A ready-mixed concrete composition containing manganese slag and a method of producing ready-mixed concrete using the composition
The present invention relates to a ready-mixed concrete composition prepared by using manganese slag as a fine aggregate for concrete. The present invention relates to a ready-mix concrete composition containing manganese slag, which includes cement, coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, water, and admixture along with manganese slag. A method of manufacturing ready-mix concrete using a ready-mix concrete composition containing manganese slag comprises the steps of: (a) crushing the manganese slag; (b) classifying the manganese slag by particle size; (c) washing and drying the manganese slag fine aggregate; and (d) substituting manganese slag fine aggregate with natural fine aggregate or crushed fine aggregate in a predetermined ratio. According to the present invention, by smelting manganese and using discarded molten slag as fine aggregate for concrete, the present invention is to create a virtuous cycle of industrial waste for landfill use as an alternative resource and to stabilize the supply and demand of high-quality materials.
본 발명은 망간 슬래그를 콘크리트용 잔골재로 사용하여 조성되는 레미콘 조성물에 있어서, 상기 망간 슬래그와 함께 시멘트, 굵은 골재, 잔골재, 물 및 혼화제를 포함하여 구성되는 망간 슬래그를 포함하는 레미콘 조성물에 관한 것이며, (a) 망간 슬래그를 파쇄하는 단계, (b) 망간 슬래그를 입자의 크기별로 분류하는 단계, (c) 망간 슬래그 잔골재를 세척 및 건조하는 단계, (d) 망간 슬래그 잔골재를 천연잔골재 또는 부순 잔골재와 소정의 비율로 치환하는 단계를 포함하는 망간 슬래그를 포함하는 레미콘 조성물을 이용한 레미콘 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 망간을 제련하고 폐기되는 용융 슬래그를 콘크리트용 잔골재로 사용함으로써, 매립용 산업 폐기물을 대체자원으로 선순환하고 고품질 자재의 수급 안정화를 기하고자 하는 망간 슬래그를 포함하는 레미콘 조성물 및 레미콘 제조방법을 제공한다.
