PREFLEX STEEL GIRDER AND THE MANUFACTURING METHOD
Disclosed is a pre-flex steel girder. The pre-flex steel girder according to the present invention comprises: a T-shaped girder unit having the T-shaped cross section and having a plurality of upper part flanges; a lower part flange unit coupled to a lower part of the T-shaped girder unit and provided in a size corresponding to the upper part flange of the T-shaped girder unit; and a connection unit connecting the T-shaped girder unit and the lower part flange unit. The T-shaped girder unit and the lower part flange unit are joined by welding after the connection unit is joined by a hydraulic jack. Provided are the pre-flex steel girder, capable of improving workability, and a manufacturing method thereof.
프리플렉스 강재 거더가 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 프리플렉스 강재 거더는, 단면이 T자형으로 마련되고 상부 플랜지와 복부로 마련되는 T형 거더부, T형 거더부의 하부에 결합하며 상기 T형 거더부의 상부 플랜지에 대응하는 크기로 마련되는 하부 플랜지부, T형 거더부와 상기 하부 플랜지부를 연결하는 연결부를 포함하고, T형 거더부와 하부 플랜지부는 연결부가 유압잭에 의해 접합 후 용접에 의해 결합한다.
