Upper hinge structure for fire door
The present invention relates to an upper hinge structure for a fire door, wherein an upper side of a fire door is combined with a fire door frame to be supported. The present invention comprises: a housing combined with an inner side of a fire door frame; an upper hinge member having one end hinged to the housing and having a fire door mounted on the other end thereof; and an upper hinge terminal combined with an upper surface of the fire door and mounted on the upper hinge member. The upper hinge member includes: a hinge shaft part hinged to the housing; and a combination part extending in one direction from the hinge shaft part to mount the fire door thereon. The combination part includes: a first combination surface having a second thickness smaller than a first thickness of the hinge shaft part and formed concavely to put the upper hinge terminal thereon; and an engagement protrusion protruding from one end of the first combination surface. The upper hinge terminal includes: a horizontal part coupled to the upper surface of the fire door and having at least one long hole for positional adjustment formed thereon; and a combination block extending from one end of the horizontal part to be combined with the upper hinge member. The combination block includes: vertical brackets on right and left sides thereof; a second combination surface formed inside the vertical brackets on right and left sides to correspond to the first combination surface and the engagement protrusion; and an engagement groove. Therefore, provided is an upper hinge for a fire door, which can support a fire door firmly on a fire door frame.
본 발명은 방화문의 상측이 방화문틀과 결합하여 지지하는 방화문용 상부힌지에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 방화문틀의 내측에 결합하는 하우징; 상기 하우징에 일단이 힌지 결합하고, 타단은 방화문이 안착되는 상부 힌지부재; 및 상기 방화문의 상면에 결합되고 상기 상부 힌지부재에 안착되는 상부 힌지단자를 포함한다. 그리고 상기 상부 힌지부재는, 상기 하우징에 힌지결합되는 힌지축부; 상기 힌지축부에서 일 방향으로 연장되어 상기 방화문이 안착되는 결합부를 포함하며, 상기 결합부는, 상기 힌지축부의 제1 두께보다 얇은 제2 두께를 가지며, 상기 상부 힌지단자가 놓여지도록 오목하게 형성되는 제1 결합면 및 상기 제1 결합면의 일단에 돌출 형성된 걸림턱을 포함한다. 상기 상부 힌지단자는, 상기 방화문의 상면에 체결되며 적어도 하나의 위치 조정용 장공이 형성된 수평부, 상기 수평부의 일단에서 연장되어 상기 상부 힌지부재와 결합하는 결합블록을 포함하며, 상기 결합블록은 좌우측 수직 브라켓과, 상기 좌우측 수직 브라켓 내측으로 상기 제1 결합면 및 상기 걸림턱과 대응되게 형성되는 제2 결합면 및 걸림홈을 포함하여 구성된다.

The present invention relates to an upper hinge structure for a fire door, wherein an upper side of a fire door is combined with a fire door frame to be supported. The present invention comprises: a housing combined with an inner side of a fire door frame; an upper hinge member having one end hinged to the housing and having a fire door mounted on the other end thereof; and an upper hinge terminal combined with an upper surface of the fire door and mounted on the upper hinge member. The upper hinge member includes: a hinge shaft part hinged to the housing; and a combination part extending in one direction from the hinge shaft part to mount the fire door thereon. The combination part includes: a first combination surface having a second thickness smaller than a first thickness of the hinge shaft part and formed concavely to put the upper hinge terminal thereon; and an engagement protrusion protruding from one end of the first combination surface. The upper hinge terminal includes: a horizontal part coupled to the upper surface of the fire door and having at least one long hole for positional adjustment formed thereon; and a combination block extending from one end of the horizontal part to be combined with the upper hinge member. The combination block includes: vertical brackets on right and left sides thereof; a second combination surface formed inside the vertical brackets on right and left sides to correspond to the first combination surface and the engagement protrusion; and an engagement groove. Therefore, provided is an upper hinge for a fire door, which can support a fire door firmly on a fire door frame.
본 발명은 방화문의 상측이 방화문틀과 결합하여 지지하는 방화문용 상부힌지에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 방화문틀의 내측에 결합하는 하우징; 상기 하우징에 일단이 힌지 결합하고, 타단은 방화문이 안착되는 상부 힌지부재; 및 상기 방화문의 상면에 결합되고 상기 상부 힌지부재에 안착되는 상부 힌지단자를 포함한다. 그리고 상기 상부 힌지부재는, 상기 하우징에 힌지결합되는 힌지축부; 상기 힌지축부에서 일 방향으로 연장되어 상기 방화문이 안착되는 결합부를 포함하며, 상기 결합부는, 상기 힌지축부의 제1 두께보다 얇은 제2 두께를 가지며, 상기 상부 힌지단자가 놓여지도록 오목하게 형성되는 제1 결합면 및 상기 제1 결합면의 일단에 돌출 형성된 걸림턱을 포함한다. 상기 상부 힌지단자는, 상기 방화문의 상면에 체결되며 적어도 하나의 위치 조정용 장공이 형성된 수평부, 상기 수평부의 일단에서 연장되어 상기 상부 힌지부재와 결합하는 결합블록을 포함하며, 상기 결합블록은 좌우측 수직 브라켓과, 상기 좌우측 수직 브라켓 내측으로 상기 제1 결합면 및 상기 걸림턱과 대응되게 형성되는 제2 결합면 및 걸림홈을 포함하여 구성된다.
