Multipurpose bolt unit for fixing substructure to construction hole
The present invention relates to a multipurpose bolt unit for fixing a substructure (E) to a perforation hole (H) formed in a weak construction structure, which can be universally used even when there are various diameters of the perforation hole (H). The multipurpose bolt unit comprises: a cylindrical body (10) which is inserted into the weak construction structure perforation hole (H); a front-end protrusion (20) which is formed on a lower end of the cylindrical body (10) and has a bigger external diameter than the cylindrical body (10); an upper screw surface (30) which is formed at an upper side of the cylindrical body (10) in a state of being spaced apart from the front-end protrusion (20); an elastic packing pipe (50) which is inserted into the cylindrical body (10) to be held on the front-end protrusion (20); an upper washer (60) which is inserted into the cylindrical body (10) to be held on an upper end of the elastic packing pipe (50); a compression nut (70) which is screwed to the upper screw surface (30) and pressurizes the upper washer (60) to expand the elastic packing pipe (50); and a fastening screw groove (80) which is formed inside the cylindrical body (10) and penetrates the compression nut (70) to be opened upwards.
본 발명은 연약 건설구조물에 형성되는 천공홀(H)에 피고정물(E)을 고정하기 위한 다목적 볼트유니트에 관한 것으로서, 연약 건설구조물 천공홀(H)에 삽입되는 원통몸체(10)와; 원통몸체(10)의 하단에 형성된 것으로서 원통몸체(10) 보다 큰 외직경을 가지는 선단턱(20)과; 선단턱(20)과 이격된 상태에서 원통몸체(10)의 상부측에 형성되는 상부나사면(30)과; 원통몸체(10)에 삽입되어 상기 선단턱(20)에 거치되는 탄성패킹관(50)과; 원통몸체(10)에 끼어져 탄성패킹관(50)의 상단에 거치되는 상부와셔(60)와; 상부나사면(30)에 나사결합되어 탄성패킹관(50)이 팽창되도록 상부와셔(60)를 가압하는 압축너트(70)와; 원통몸체(10)의 내측에 형성되어 압축너트(70)를 관통하여 상부측으로 개구되는 체결나사홈(80);을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
