The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a multi-functional panel having flame retardant, heat insulation, and condensation prevention functions and coated with photocatalyst, comprising: a) a step of forming a sound absorbing layer; b) a functional heat insulation layer forming step of forming a functional heat insulation layer on each of both surfaces of the sound absorbing layer; c) a finishing layer forming step of stacking and forming a finishing layer on an outer surface of the functional heat insulation layer; and d) a step of forming a coating layer including a photocatalyst layer on a surface of the finishing layer.
