The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a multifunctional panel having flame retardant, heat insulation and anti-condensation functions, comprising steps of: a) forming a foam by foaming a foam raw material containing expandable beads; b) forming a base layer using the formed foam; c) forming a functional heat insulating layer containing a composite flame retardant on one side or both sides of the prepared base layer; and d) forming a finishing layer on the outer surface of the functional heat insulating layer. An objective of the present invention is to provide the multifunctional panel that does not emit toxic gas even in the event of a fire, has excellent sound absorption, mechanical properties, flame retardancy, and insulation, as well as prevents condensation.
본 발명은 a) 발포성 비드가 포함된 폼 원료를 발포시켜 발포폼을 형성하는 단계; b) 형성된 발포폼을 이용해 기재층을 형성하는 단계; c) 제조된 기재층의 일면 또는 양면에 복합 난연제를 포함하는 기능성 단열층을 형성하는 단계; d) 상기 기능성 단열층의 외면에 마감층을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연, 단열 및 결로 방지 기능을 갖는 다기능성 판넬의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
