Remote Control System for Construction Equipment
The present invention relates to a remote control system for construction equipment, and more specifically, to a remote control system for remotely controlling construction equipment, which includes a work device including a boom, an arm and a bucket operated according to the manipulation information of an actual joystick, and a turning body mounted on a traveling body to turn the work device, using a mobile device, comprising: a receiver provided in the construction equipment and communicating with a controller for controlling the movement of the work device according to the manipulation information of the actual joystick; a virtual joystick interface provided in the mobile device and outputting a virtual joystick simulating the actual joystick as an image on a display; a haptic interface provided in the mobile device and generating a haptic profile when the virtual joystick is touched and dragged to be manipulated; and a transmitter provided in the mobile device and transferring the manipulation information of the virtual joystick to the receiver so that the movement of the work device can be controlled through the controller. Therefore, provided is a remote control system for construction equipment, wherein construction equipment (excavator) can be precisely controlled using a mobile device.
본 발명은 건설장비의 원격조종 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 실제 조이스틱의 조작 정보에 따라 작동되는 붐, 암, 버켓이 마련되는 작업장치와, 주행체에 탑재되어 상기 작업장치를 선회시키는 선회체를 포함하는 건설장비를 모바일로 원격 조종하는 원격조종 시스템으로서, 상기 건설장비에 마련되며, 상기 실제 조이스틱의 조작 정보에 따라 상기 작업장치의 동작을 제어하는 제어부와 통신하는 수신부; 상기 모바일에 마련되며, 상기 실제 조이스틱을 모사한 가상 조이스틱을 디스플레이에 이미지로 출력하는 가상 조이스틱 인터페이스; 상기 모바일에 마련되며, 상기 가상 조이스틱을 터치 및 드래그하여 조작할 때 햅틱 프로파일을 생성하는 햅틱 인터페이스; 및 상기 모바일에 마련되며, 상기 가상 조이스틱의 조작 정보를 상기 수신부에 전달하여 상기 제어부를 통해 상기 작업장치의 동작을 제어하도록 하는 송신부를 포함할 수 있다.
