The invention provides a remote control intelligent construction device and method. The remote control intelligent construction device comprises a remote controller and a construction assembly. The remote controller is provided with a display screen and a control interface; remote picture acquisition is achieved through the display screen, then position control over the building assembly is achieved through control of the control interface, namely, the building assembly is driven to move at will in the three-dimensional direction, and therefore the vibrating part can be inserted into a specific insertion hole. In addition, through the arrangement of a spacing adjusting assembly, the spacing distance of the multiple vibrating pieces can be adjusted, so that the vibrating pieces are matched into the insertion holes in the lower positions, the vibrating effect of the multiple insertion holes is completed at a time, and the working efficiency is improved. Besides, through the arrangement of an angle adjusting assembly, the angle position placement adjustment of the vibrating part can be realized, so that the placement position angle of the vibrating part in the insertion hole is quickly changed, the working efficiency is further improved, and the vibrating effect is enhanced.
