Cork flooring with maximized antibacterial properties and preservation
The present invention provides a cork chip that maximizes all of a preservation property and an antibacterial property by coating a cork chip with a natural ingredient and cross-coupling each cork chip with the natural ingredient. Accordingly, the cork chip according to one aspect of the present invention comprises: a cork chip; a binder; a first coating layer formed on an exterior of the cork chip; and a second coating layer formed on an exterior of the first coating layer, wherein a cork chip adjacent to the cork chip is further coupled by an inorganic crosslinking agent.
본 발명은 코르크 칩을 천연성분으로 코팅하고 각 코르크 칩을 역시 천연성분으로 가교 결합시켜 보존성과 항균성을 모두 극대화하는 코르크 칩을 제공함에 있다. 이에 본 발명의 일 측면에 따른 코르크 칩은 코르크칩, 바인더, 상기 코르크칩의 외각에 형성된 제1코팅층 및 상기 제1코팅층의 외각에 형성된 제2코팅층을 포함하고, 상기 코르크칩과 인접한 코르크칩은 무기가교제에 의해 더욱 결합된다.
