Elastic cork flooring material with excellent antibacterial properties and manufacturing method thereof
The present invention relates to an elastic cork flooring and a manufacturing method thereof. The elastic cork flooring of the present invention comprises: an upper part layer including a first cork chip, a surface-modified titanium oxide photocatalyst, a surface-modified zinc oxide nanoparticle, and a first urethane-based binder; and a lower part layer including a second cork chip, the surface-modified zinc oxide nanoparticle, and a second urethane-based binder. The elastic cork flooring is environmentally friendly because of being manufactured using the cork chips, an eco-friendly material. In addition, the elastic cork flooring has excellent antibacterial properties and a fine dust reducing effect.
본 발명은 제1코르크칩, 표면개질된 산화티탄 광촉매, 표면개질된 산화아연 나노입자 및 제1우레탄계 바인더를 포함하는 상부층; 및 제2코르크칩, 표면개질된 산화아연 나노입자 및 제2우레탄계 바인더를 포함하는 하부층;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 코르크 바닥재 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 상기 탄성 코르크 바닥재는 친환경 재료인 코르크칩을 사용하여 제조됨에 따라 친환경적이며, 항균성 및 미세먼지 저감 효과가 우수하다.

The present invention relates to an elastic cork flooring and a manufacturing method thereof.
