The present invention relates to a folding stair handrail for socially disadvantaged people, and more specifically to the folding stair handrail for socially disadvantaged people, comprising: a first link part installed on the ceiling where stairs are located and rotating; a second link part that is positioned at a distance from the first link part corresponding to the length of the stairs and is formed to be longer than the first link part and rotates; a handrail that has one side connected to the first link part and the other side connected to the second link part and folds to the ceiling or unfolds to the stairs in response to the rotation of the first link part and the second link part; and a hydraulic pump part connected to one side of each of the first link part and the second link part and controlling the first link part and the second link part.
본 발명은 사회적 약자를 위한 접이식 계단 난간에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 계단이 위치한 천정에 설치되어 회동하는 제1 링크부와 계단의 길이에 대응하여 제1 링크부로부터 이격되어 위치하고, 제1 링크부보다 길게 형성되어 회동하는 제2 링크부와 일측이 제1 링크부에 연결되고, 타측이 제2 링크부에 연결되어 제1 링크부와 제2 링크부의 회동에 대응하여 천정으로 접혀지거나 계단으로 펴지는 난간부 및 제1 링크부와 제2 링크부의 각각의 일측에 연결되어 제1 링크부와 제2 링크부를 제어하는 유압펌프부를 포함하는 사회적 약자를 위한 접이식 계단 난간에 관한 것이다.
