Eco-friendly coating type anti-slip paving material and the manufacturing method thereof
The present invention relates to an eco-friendly coating-type anti-slip packaging material and a manufacturing method thereof, and more specifically, to an eco-friendly coating-type anti-slip packaging material which has excellent adhesion to a road surface by forming a coating by applying an eco-friendly material to an anti-slip paint, and has improved antibacterial properties, snow removal properties, wear resistance, and durability, and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the packaging material includes an anti-slip paint, a water repellent, a snow-removing agent, and an antimicrobial agent, and an anti-slip agent that is used by recycling an eco-friendly material, wherein the anti-slip agent is applied by mixing a shell with silica at a weight ratio of 1.5 to 2.0:1.2 to 1.7.
본 발명은 친환경 도막형 미끄럼 방지 포장재 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 미끄럼 방지 도료에 친환경 물질을 적용하여 도막을 형성하여 노면과 접착성이 우수하며, 항균성, 제설성, 내마모성 및 내구성이 향상된 친환경 도막형 미끄럼 방지 포장재 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면 미끄럼 방지 도료를 포함하고, 상기 미끄럼 방지 도료에 발수제, 제설제 및 항균제를 포함할 수 있고, 친환경 물질을 재활용하여 사용하는 미끄럼 방지제를 포함하며, 상기 미끄럼 방지제는 패각 : 규사 = 1.5~2.0 : 1.2~1.7의 중량비로 혼합하여 적용한다.
