Eco-friendly non-slip elastic paving material and a method of manufacturing the same

The present invention relates to an eco-friendly elastic paving material and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the eco-friendly elastic paving material can be harmless to a human body even while using waste rubber such as a waste tire, variably change a shape and a color, and be advantageous for natural landscaping to enhance the landscape. The manufacturing method includes the following steps of: manufacturing a rubber chip; removing harmful substances of the rubber chip; coating a surface of the rubber chip with natural paint; manufacturing a mixture; inserting the mixture into a hopper; supplying a fixed amount of the mixture to a transfer table from the hopper; moving a position of the mixture; and melting and removing a pile on a surface of the mixture.

본 발명은 폐타이어와 같은 폐고무를 인용하되 인체에 무해하고, 형상과 색상을 다양하게 변경할 수 있고, 자연 조경에 유리하여 경관성을 높일 수 있는 친환경 탄성포장재 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 고무칩을 제조하는 단계; 상기 고무칩의 유해물 제거 단계; 상기 고무칩 표면에 천연안료를 코팅하는 단계; 배합물을 제조단계; 상기 배합물을 호퍼에 투입하는 단계; 상기 호퍼에서 일정 양의 상기 배합물을 이송대 위에 공급하는 단계; 상기 배합물의 위치 이동 단계; 및 상기 배합물 표면의 더미를 용융 제거하는 단계;를 포함하여 구성한다.
