Non-slip Spray Coating Construction Apparatus Capable of Laying Simultaneously for Primer and Non-slip Paint
The present invention provides an anti-slip coating layer construction device capable of applying both a primer and an anti-slip paint, which can collectively apply both an anti-slip paint along with a primer in constructing an anti-slip coating layer, thereby quickly and efficiently constructing the anti-slip coating layer on the surface of the road. The anti-slip coating layer construction device comprises: a body frame having a handle and wheels to be movable; a primer construction unit including a primer tank which is fixed and installed on the body frame to accommodate and store a primer therein, and a primer applying unit applying the primer supplied from the primer tank onto the surface of the road; and an anti-slip construction unit which is fixed and installed on the body frame and includes a paint tank which is disposed in rear of the primer construction unit to accommodate and store an anti-slip paint therein, an air compressor which stores compressed air therein, and paint applying units which are disposed at intervals in rear of the primer applying unit of the primer construction unit to apply the anti-slip paint and the air supplied from the paint tank and the air compressor onto the primer applied onto the surface of the road.
본 발명은 미끄럼 방지 피복층을 시공하는 과정에서 하도 프라이머와 함께 미끄럼 방지 도료를 일괄적으로 동시 포설하여 도로의 노면에 미끄럼 방지 피복층을 신속하면서도 효율적으로 시공함을 제공하도록, 핸들 및 바퀴를 구비하여 이동 가능하게 구성하는 본체프레임과; 상기 본체프레임 상에 고정 설치하고 내부에 하도 프라이머를 수용 저장하는 프라이머탱크와, 상기 프라이머탱크로부터 공급된 하도 프라이머를 도로의 노면에 포설하는 하도포설유닛을 포함하여 구성하는 하도시공부와; 상기 본체프레임 상에 고정 설치하되 상기 하도시공부의 후방에 배치 구성하고 내부에 미끄럼 방지 도료를 수용 저장하는 도료탱크와, 내부에 압축공기를 저장하는 공기압축기와, 상기 하도시공부 중 상기 하도포설유닛의 후방에 간격을 두고 배치하고 상기 도료탱크 및 상기 공기압축기로부터 공급된 미끄럼 방지 도료 및 공기를 노면의 하도 프라이머 상에 포설하는 도료포설유닛을 포함하여 구성하는 미끄럼방지시공부;를 포함하는 하도 프라이머 및 미끄럼 방지 도료를 동시 포설 가능한 미끄럼 방지 피복층 시공장치를 제공한다.
