NON-SLIP PAINT LAYING DEVICE
The present invention relates to a non-slip paint spreading device which scatters and spreads non-slip paint by using air injection pressure. In a non-slip paint spreading device according to the present invention, a handle (20) is placed at the rear end of a bogie (10), each of a first horizontal bar (30) and a second horizontal bar (35) is placed at the front end of the bogie (10), the first horizontal bar (30) is relatively higher than the second horizontal bar (35), each of two support bars (40) is mounted on the first horizontal bar (30) so as to be movable along the first horizontal bar such that a distance (d1) between spray guns (50) respectively mounted on the two support bars (40) may be adjusted by adjusting a distance between the support bars (40), the spray guns (50) supported on the support bars (40) are supported on the second horizontal bar (35) such that spray caps (540) of the spray guns (50) for spraying paint are placed to face the ground, each of two paint reservoirs (60) is placed on the bogie (10), outlets of the paint reservoirs (60) are respectively connected to paint injection pipes (520) of the spray guns (50) by respective hoses (550), an air compressor (70) is mounted on the bogie (10), and compressed air from the air compressor (70) is supplied to an air nozzle (530) of each spray gun (50) through a distributor (75). Therefore, paint can be uniformly dispersed in a droplet form.
본 발명은 미끄럼 방지 페인트를 에어의 분사압으로 흩뿌려 포설하는 미끄럼 방지 페인트 포설장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 미끄럼 방지 페인트 포설장치는 대차(10)의 후단부에 손잡이(20)가 배치되고, 대차(10)의 선단부에 제 1 수평대(30)와 제 2 수평대(35)가 각각 배치되며, 제 1 수평대(30)가 제 2 수평대(35)에 비해 상대적으로 위에 배치되고, 제 1 수평대(30)에 2개의 받침대(40)가 제 1 수평대를 따라 이동가능하게 각각 장착되어, 받침대(40)와 받침대(40) 사이의 간격을 조절함으로써, 2개의 받침대(40)에 각각 장착되는 스프레이 건(50) 사이의 간격(d1)이 조절될 수 있으며, 받침대(40)에 지지된 스프레이 건(50)이 제 2 수평대(35)에 지지되어, 페인트를 분사하는 스프레이 건(50)의 분사캡(540)이 지면을 향하도록 배치되고, 대차(10)에 2개의 페인트 저장통(60)이 각각 장착되고, 페인트 저장통(60)의 배출구와 스프레이 건(50)의 페인트 주입관(520)이 호스(550)에 의해 연결되고, 대차(10)에 공기 압축기(70)가 장착되고, 공기 압축기(70)의 압축공기가 분배기(75)를 통해 각각의 스프레인 건(50)의 에어노즐(530)로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

본 발명은 미끄럼 방지 페인트를 에어의 분사압으로 흩뿌려 포설하는 미끄럼 방지 페인트 포설장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 미끄럼 방지 페인트 포설장치는 대차(10)의 후단부에 손잡이(20)가 배치되고, 대차(10)의 선단부에 제 1 수평대(30)와 제 2 수평대(35)가 각각 배치되며, 제 1 수평대(30)가 제 2 수평대(35)에 비해 상대적으로 위에 배치되고, 제 1 수평대(30)에 2개의 받침대(40)가 제 1 수평대를 따라 이동가능하게 각각 장착되어, 받침대(40)와 받침대(40) 사이의 간격을 조절함으로써, 2개의 받침대(40)에 각각 장착되는 스프레이 건(50) 사이의 간격(d1)이 조절될 수 있으며, 받침대(40)에 지지된 스프레이 건(50)이 제 2 수평대(35)에 지지되어, 페인트를 분사하는 스프레이 건(50)의 분사캡(540)이 지면을 향하도록 배치되고, 대차(10)에 2개의 페인트 저장통(60)이 각각 장착되고, 페인트 저장통(60)의 배출구와 스프레이 건(50)의 페인트 주입관(520)이 호스(550)에 의해 연결되고, 대차(10)에 공기 압축기(70)가 장착되고, 공기 압축기(70)의 압축공기가 분배기(75)를 통해 각각의 스프레인 건(50)의 에어노즐(530)로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
