PC Girder Using Tension Fasteners by Dispersing PC Steel Wire
The present invention relates to a girder using an anchorage for dispersing a PC steel wire in plural for tensioning, wherein an end exit portion of a girder, in which a PC steel wire anchorage faces the inside of the girder, is branched into a plurality of branched holes. A separating partition is installed to separate the inner space in plural, to the point of the plurality of branched holes in the PC steel wire anchorage. The inner space separated by the separating partition and the end exit portion branched by the plurality of branching holes may individually communicate with each other. At the PC steel wire anchorage, the PC steel wire bundle (the assembly of PC steel wires) may be separated in plural in the PC steel wire anchorage, so as to be dispersed through the inner space, separated in plural by the separating partition and the end exit portion branched by the plurality of branching holes, before being dispersed in the girder to be tensioned. Therefore, according to the present invention, each PC steel wire bundle, mounted at the plurality of PC steel wire anchorage, may be divided in plural to be dispersed at the central portion of the girder to be tensioned at the same time. Consequently, during the tensioning of each of the PC steel wire bundles, the transverse bending may be prevented, and the tensioning force may be prevented from being excessively focused.
본 발명은 거더에서 PC 강선 정착구가 상기 거더 내측으로 향하는 단부 출구 부분이 복수개의 분기구로 분기 구성되고, 상기 PC 강선 정착구 내부에서 상기 복수개의 분기구 시점까지 내부 공간을 복수개로 분리하는 분리 격벽이 설치되고, 상기 분리 격벽에 의해 분리된 내부 공간과 상기 복수개의 분기구에 의해 분기된 단부 출구 부분은 각각 연통되고, 상기 PC 강선 정착구에서 PC 강선 다발(PC 강선의 집합체)이 상기 PC 강선 정착구 내부에서 복수개로 분리되어 상기 분리 격벽에 의해 복수개로 분리된 내부 공간과 상기 복수개의 분기구에 의해 분기된 단부 출구 부분을 통해 분산된 후 상기 거더 내에서 분산 배치되어 긴장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 PC 강선을 복수로 분산시켜 긴장하는 정착구를 사용한 거더이다. 본 발명은 복수의 PC 강선 정착구에 정착되는 PC 강선 다발 각각을 복수개로 분할하여 거더의 중앙부에서 분산 배치한 후 일괄 긴장함으로써 각각의 PC 강선 다발의 긴장 모두에서 횡방향 휨이 방지되고 긴장력이 지나치게 집중되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.

Therefore, according to the present invention, each PC steel wire bundle, mounted at the plurality of PC steel wire anchorage, may be divided in plural to be dispersed at the central portion of the girder to be tensioned at the same time. Consequently, during the tensioning of each of the PC steel wire bundles, the transverse bending may be prevented, and the tensioning force may be prevented from being excessively focused.
본 발명은 거더에서 PC 강선 정착구가 상기 거더 내측으로 향하는 단부 출구 부분이 복수개의 분기구로 분기 구성되고, 상기 PC 강선 정착구 내부에서 상기 복수개의 분기구 시점까지 내부 공간을 복수개로 분리하는 분리 격벽이 설치되고, 상기 분리 격벽에 의해 분리된 내부 공간과 상기 복수개의 분기구에 의해 분기된 단부 출구 부분은 각각 연통되고, 상기 PC 강선 정착구에서 PC 강선 다발(PC 강선의 집합체)이 상기 PC 강선 정착구 내부에서 복수개로 분리되어 상기 분리 격벽에 의해 복수개로 분리된 내부 공간과 상기 복수개의 분기구에 의해 분기된 단부 출구 부분을 통해 분산된 후 상기 거더 내에서 분산 배치되어 긴장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 PC 강선을 복수로 분산시켜 긴장하는 정착구를 사용한 거더이다. 본 발명은 복수의 PC 강선 정착구에 정착되는 PC 강선 다발 각각을 복수개로 분할하여 거더의 중앙부에서 분산 배치한 후 일괄 긴장함으로써 각각의 PC 강선 다발의 긴장 모두에서 횡방향 휨이 방지되고 긴장력이 지나치게 집중되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
