Permanent form and building wall construction method using the same
The present invention relates to permanent form, which has a relatively simple process of forming a wall including the arrangement of reinforcing bars to facilitate construction, thereby reducing construction costs, and can increase the durability and strength of the connection parts of walls connected horizontally or vertically as well as respective walls, to strongly withstand the load or pressure of concrete applied to walls during concrete curing, thereby blocking deformation such as bending or twisting of the walls, and a building wall construction method using the same. The permanent form comprises: a pair of walls including a frame part forming the perimeter of a rectangle, and a board part filling the frame part to have a thickness, and installed to face each other while being spaced apart from each other, to form a space for pouring concrete; one or more main blocks fastened and fixed to the corner of each of the pair of walls and the horizontal centers of vertical upper and lower ends thereof so that horizontal and vertical reinforcing bars are mounted and fixed to be arranged; and supports provided as frames connecting the main blocks facing each other, and including one fitting part vertically fitted into one of the main blocks provided in a front and rear direction, the other fitting part vertically inserted into the other of the main blocks provided in the front and rear direction, and a connection support part connecting the fitting part and the other fitting part.
본 발명은 철근들의 배근을 포함하는 벽체의 형성 과정이 비교적 간단하여 시공이 용이함에 따른 시공 비용의 절감을 구현할 수 있으면서도, 각 벽체들은 물론 가로 또는 세로방향으로 연결되는 벽체들 연결 부위의 내구성과 강도를 증대시켜 콘크리트의 양생 과정에서 벽체에 가해지는 콘크리트의 하중 또는 압력에 견고하게 대응하여 벽체가 휘어지거나 틀어지는 등의 변형을 차단할 수 있는 영구거푸집 및 이를 이용한 건축물 벽체 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 구성은, 사각의 둘레를 이루는 프레임부와, 상기 프레임부에 일정 두께를 갖도록 채워지는 판재부를 포함하고, 상호 이격되면서 마주하도록 설치되어 콘크리트의 타설 공간을 형성하도록 한 쌍으로 구비되는 벽체; 한 쌍의 상기 벽체 각각의 모서리 부위와 세로방향 상측 단부와 하측 단부의 가로방향 중앙부에 하나 이상이 체결 고정되어 가로철근 및 세로철근이 장착 고정되도록 하여 배근하는 메인블록; 및 상호 마주하는 상기 메인블록을 연결하는 프레임으로, 전후방향 일측의 메인블록에 세로방향으로 끼워지는 일측끼움부와, 전후방향 타측의 메인블록에 세로방향으로 끼워지는 타측끼움부와, 상기 일측끼움부 및 타측끼움부를 연결하는 연결지지부를 포함하는 지지대;를 포함한다.
