The present invention relates to a prefabricated soundproof tunnel. The prefabricated soundproof tunnel comprises: a plurality of first fixing brackets (10) which include a first insertion end (11) inserted into one end of a flange (H1) of an H-beam (H), a first fixing wing (12) bent at a right angle from one side of an upper surface of the flange (H1), and a first penetration hole (13) vertically penetrating the first insertion end (11); a plurality of second brackets (10') which include a second insertion end (11') inserted into the other end of the flange (H1), a second fixing wing (12') bent at a right angle from the other side of the upper surface of the flange (H1), and a second penetration hole (13') vertically penetrating the second insertion end (11'); a main bar (20) which is inserted between the plurality of first fixing wings (12) and the plurality of second fixing wings (12'), is seated along the upper surface of the flange (H1), and supports first and second soundproof plates (P and P') facing each other; a first upper cover (30) which fixes facing upper surfaces of the first and second soundproof plates (P and P') to the main bar (20); a plurality of sub-bars (60) which connect the main bar (20) to a main bar (20') installed in another H-beam (H') at a right angle; and a second upper cover (70) which fixes the facing upper surfaces of the first and second soundproof plates (P and P') to the sub-bar (60).
본 발명은 방음판 조립형 방음터널에 관한 것으로서, H빔(H)의 플랜지(H1)의 일측단에 끼어지는 제1끼움단(11), 플랜지(H1)의 상부면 일측에서 직각 방향으로 절곡된 제1고정날개(12) 및 제1끼움단(11)을 상하 방향으로 관통하는 제1관통공(13)을 포함하는 다수의 제1고정브라켓(10)과; 플랜지(H1)의 타측단에 끼어지는 제2끼움단(11'), 플랜지(H1)의 상부면 타측에서 직각 방향으로 절곡된 제2고정날개(12') 및 제2끼움단(11')을 상하 방향으로 관통하는 제2관통공(13')을 포함하는 다수의 제2고정브라켓(10')과; 다수의 제1고정날개(12)와 제2고정날개(12') 사이에 끼어져 플랜지(H1)의 상부면을 따라 안착되는 것으로서 마주보는 제1,2방음판(P)(P')을 지지하는 메인바아(20)와; 제1,2방음판(P)(P')의 마주보는 상부면을 메인바아(20)에 고정하는 제1상부커버(30)와; 메인바아(20)와 다른 H빔(H')에 설치되는 메인바아(20')를 직각 방향으로 연결하는 다수의 서브바아(60)와; 제1,2방음판(P)(P')의 마주보는 상부면을 서브바아(60)에 고정하는 제2상부커버(70);을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
