The present invention discloses an attachable and detachable road crash barrier guide light assembly for a smart city. According to the present invention, the attachable and detachable road crash barrier guide light assembly for a smart city is manufactured to be integrated. So, the attachable and detachable road crash barrier guide light assembly for a smart city can largely reduce time and costs consumed for installation or replacement work only by being fixed while the attachable and detachable road crash barrier guide light assembly for a smart city is mounted on the upper part of a crash barrier, such as a median strip or a protective wall. To achieve the purpose of the present invention, the attachable and detachable road crash barrier guide light assembly for a smart city includes: an upper plate installed to be mounted on the upper part of the crash barrier of a road; a pair of side plates facing each other at both ends of the upper plate while being individually extended downward along the outer surface of the crash barrier of the road; a guide light module for guiding a driving direction or a walking direction of a vehicle or a pedestrian by being connected to at least one of a pair of side plates; and a solar cell module for supplying electricity to the guide light module by being connected to the upper plate.
본 발명은 스마트 시티용 탈부착형 도로 방호울타리 유도등 조립체를 일체형으로 제작함으로써 중앙분리대나 방호벽 등의 방호울타리의 상부에 거치한 상태에서 고정만 하면 되므로 설치 또는 교체 작업에 소요되는 시간과 비용을 대폭 감축할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 이를 위해, 도로 방호울타리의 상부에 안착되도록 마련되는 상부플레이트, 상부플레이트의 양단에서 도로 방호울타리의 외측면을 따라 하방으로 각각 연장되면서 마주보는 한쌍의 측부플레이트, 한쌍의 측부플레이트 중 적어도 어느 하나에 결합되어 차량이나 보행자의 주행 또는 통행 방향을 안내하기 위한 유도등 모듈 및 상부플레이트에 결합되어 유도등 모듈에 전기를 공급하기 위한 태양전지 모듈을 포함하는 스마트 시티용 탈부착형 도로 방호울타리 유도등 조립체가 개시된다.
