PARTICLE FREE HEAT INSULATING MATERIAL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention provides a particle-free insulation material coating solution comprising 51.4 to 62.9 wt% of silica sol; 12.9 to 15.7 wt% of alumina sol; and a solvent as a remaining amount, wherein the coating solution is coated on an insulation material including silica and alumina to provide a particle-free insulation material that can be applied to the inside of a combustion chamber and be stable at high temperature, and water is applied to the solvent. In addition, provided is a production method of a particle-free insulation material, which comprises: an insulation material coating step consisting of an insulation material preparation step of preparing an insulation material including silica and alumina, an impregnation step of impregnating the insulation material with a particle-free insulation material coating solution, and a drying step of drying the insulation material after the impregnation step of the insulation material; a firing step of heating and firing the coated insulation material; a first polishing step of polishing the surface of the coated insulation material with first polishing paper; and a second polishing step of polishing the surface of the coated insulation material subjected to the first polishing step with second polishing paper.
본 발명은, 연소실 내부에 적용 가능한 무분진 단열재를 제공하기 위하여, 실리카 및 알루미나를 포함하는 단열재에 코팅되며, 실리카졸 51.4~62.9 중량%; 알루미나졸 12.9~15.7 중량%; 잔량으로 용매;를 포함하되 상기 용매는 물이 적용되는, 무분진 단열재 코팅액을 제공하고, 실리카 및 알루미나를 포함하는 단열재를 준비하는 단열재 준비 단계; 상기 단열재를 무분진 단열재 코팅액에 함침 하는 함침 단계 및 상기 단열재의 상기 함침 단계 완료 후 건조시키는 건조 단계를 포함하여 코팅 단열재를 제조하는 단열재 코팅 단계; 상기 코팅 단열재를 가열하여 소성하는 소성 단계; 상기 코팅 단열재를 제1연마지로 표면을 연마하는 제1연마단계; 및 상기 제1연마단계를 마친 상기 코팅 단열재를 제2연마지로 표면을 연마하는 제2연마단계;를 포함하는 무분진 단열재 제조방법을 제공한다.
