The present invention relates to a powder-type elastic-coated waterproofing material composition containing polyvinyl alcohol fibers and a waterproofing treatment method using the composition. More specifically, the powder-type elastic-coated waterproofing material composition is prepared by using a powder-type elastic-coated waterproofing material consisting of 100 parts by weight of cement, 80 to 120 parts by weight of Remital, 0.8 to 1.2 parts by weight of waterproofing materials, 0.8 to 1.2 parts by weight of reinforcing fibers, and 0.05 to 0.8 parts by weight of setting retarders. According to the powder-type elastic-coated waterproofing material composition containing the reinforcing fibers composed of the above ingredients and the waterproofing treatment method using the composition, the powder-type elastic-coated waterproofing material composition is prepared in the form of dry mortar, such that waterproofing work can be performed by simply mixing water, making it easy to work with. In addition, the powder-type elastic-coated waterproofing material composition has excellent adhesion and compressive strength, so there is no need to perform additional protective mortar work on a surface of a waterproofing layer. What's more, the powder-type elastic-coated waterproofing material composition absorbs weight impact well to reduce noise between floors and prevent cracks, and improves self-leveling properties to reduce construction labor costs, and has an excellent elasticity. Therefore, the powder-type elastic-coated waterproofing material composition has the excellent effect of providing a waterproof layer that exhibits excellent durability against vibration or external shock.
본 발명은 폴리비닐알코올 섬유를 포함하는 분말형 탄성 도포방수재 조성물 및 그 조성물을 이용한 방수처리방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 상기 분말형 탄성 도포방수재 조성물은 시멘트 100 중량부, 레미탈 80 내지 120 중량부, 방수재 0.8 내지 1.2 중량부, 보강섬유 0.8 내지 1.2 중량부 및 경화지연제 0.05 내지 0.8 중량부로 이루어진 분말형 탄성 도포방수재를 이용하여 이루어진다. 상기의 성분으로 이루어진 보강섬유를 포함하는 분말형 탄성 도포방수재 조성물 및 그 조성물을 이용한 방수처리방법은 드라이몰탈 형태로 제조되어 혼합수만 섞으면 방수작업이 가능하여 작업성이 용이할 뿐만 아니라, 부착강도와 압축강도가 우수하여 방수층의 표면에 추가적인 보호몰탈 작업을 진행할 필요가 없으며, 중량충격을 잘 흡수하여 층간소음 발생을 저감시키며, 크랙을 방지하고, 셀프레벨링성이 향상되어 시공인건비가 절감되고, 탄성이 우수하여 진동이나 외부충격에 대해 우수한 내구성을 나타내는 방수층을 제공하는 탁월한 효과를 나타낸다.
