POWDERY ELASTIC COATED WATERPROOFING COMPOSITION CONTAINING REGENERATED FIBERS

The present invention relates to a powder-type elastic-coated waterproofing material composition containing regenerated fibers. More specifically, the powder-type elastic-coated waterproofing material composition is prepared by using Portland cement, Remittal, micro cement, regenerated fibers, waterproofing agents, curing retarders, and viscosity regulators. The powder-type elastic-coated waterproofing material composition containing the regenerated fibers composed of the above ingredients is prepared in the form of dry mortar such that waterproofing work can be performed by simply mixing water, making the waterproofing work easy. In addition, the powder-type elastic-coated waterproofing material composition has excellent adhesion and compressive strength, so there is no need to perform additional protective mortar work on a surface of a waterproofing layer. The powder-type elastic-coated waterproofing material composition absorbs weight impact well to reduce noise between floors, prevents cracks, improves self-leveling properties to reduce construction labor costs, and provides a waterproof layer which has excellent elasticity to exhibit excellent durability against vibration or external shock.

본 발명은 재생섬유를 포함하는 분말형 탄성 도포방수재 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 포틀랜드 시멘트, 레미탈, 마이크로 시멘트, 재생섬유, 방수재, 경화지연제 및 점도조절제로 이루어진다. 상기의 성분으로 이루어진 재생섬유를 포함하는 분말형 탄성 도포방수재 조성물은 드라이몰탈 형태로 제조되어 혼합수만 섞으면 방수작업이 가능하여 작업성이 용이할 뿐만 아니라, 부착강도와 압축강도가 우수하여 방수층의 표면에 추가적인 보호몰탈 작업을 진행할 필요가 없으며, 중량충격을 잘 흡수하여 층간소음 발생을 저감시키며, 크랙을 방지하고, 셀프레벨링성이 향상되어 시공인건비가 절감되고, 탄성이 우수하여 진동이나 외부충격에 대해 우수한 내구성을 나타내는 방수층을 제공하는 탁월한 효과를 나타낸다.
