SOLVENT-FREE EPOXY MATERIAL FOR PAVING AND PAVING METHOD USING THE SAME
An objective of the present invention is to provide a solvent-free epoxy flooring material which has a vintage effect and has multi-functional properties such as fragrance-emitting and antibacterial functions. The present invention includes a first main ingredient (11) and a first hardener (12), wherein the first main ingredient and the first hardener are mixed at a weight ratio of 2.5-3.5 : 1. The first main ingredient (11) is prepared by mixing 40-90 parts by weight of a first epoxy resin having an epoxy resin equivalent weight (EEW) of 184-190, 8-40 parts by weight of a diluent, 1-10 parts by weight of fragrance powder as a first additive, 1-10 parts by weight of an antibacterial agent as a second additive, 1-10 parts by weight of anion powder as a third additive, and 1-10 parts by weight of tourmaline as a fourth additive. The first hardener (12) is prepared by mixing 10-30 parts by weight of an amine curing agent as a first curing agent resin which has an active hydrogen equivalent (A.H.E.W) of 110, 2.2-27 parts by weight of a diluent, 0.3-3.3 parts by weight of an antibacterial agent as a first additive, 0.3-3.3 parts by weight of anion powder as a second additive, and 0.3-3.3 parts by weight of tourmaline as a third additive.
본 발명의 목적은, 빈티지(Vintage) 효과를 내면서, 더욱이 발향 기능 및 항균 기능과 같은 다기능 특성을 갖는 무용제형 에폭시 바닥제 및 이를 이용한 바닥 시공방법을 제공하기 위한 것으로, 에폭시 수지 당량(EEW)이 184 ~ 190인 제1 에폭시 수지 40 ~ 90 중량부와, 희석제 8 ~ 40 중량부와, 제1 첨가제로서 향기 파우더 1 ~ 10 중량부와, 제2 첨가제로서 항균제 1 ~ 10 중량부와, 제3 첨가제로서 음이온 파우더 1 ~ 10 중량부와, 제4 첨가제로서 토르마린 1 ~ 10 중량부를 혼합하여 제1 주제(11)를 배합하고, 제1 경화제 수지로서 활성 수소 당량(A.H.E.W)이 110 인 아민 경화제 10 ~ 30 중량부와, 희석제 2.2 ~ 27 중량부와, 제1 첨가제로서 항균제 0.3 ~ 3.3 중량부와, 제2 첨가제로서 음이온 파우더 0.3 ~ 3.3 중량부와, 제3 첨가제로서 토르마린 0.3 ~ 3.3 중량부를 혼합하여 제1 경화제(12)를 배합하며, 상기 제1 주제와 제1 경화제를 2.5 ~ 3.5 : 1 의 무게비로 혼합하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
