SOLVENT-FREE POLYURETHANE CRETE MATERIAL FOR PAVING AND PAVING METHOD USING THE SAME
An objective of the present invention is to provide a solvent-free polyurethane crete flooring material, which is solvent-free, generates almost no substances harmful to the human body, and has antibacterial properties as well as multi-functional properties that maximize the quantity of generated far-infrared rays and negative ions, wherein a first main material (11) is prepared by mixing plasticizer, triethylene glycol (TEG), castor oil, surfactant, and distilled water (H_2O), an antibacterial agent as a first additive, negative ion powder as a second additive, and tourmaline as a third additive, first power (13) is prepared by mixing a polyurethane-based hardener resin as a first hardener resin (12), calcium oxide, quartz (silicon oxide), hydraulic cement and 'silica sand #3 - 5' as first powder, an antibacterial agent as a first additive, negative ion power as a second additive, and tourmaline as a third additive, and the main material (11) and the hardener (12) are primarily mixed at a weight ratio of 0.7-1.5 : 1, and a primary mixture of the main material (11) and the hardener (12) is mixed with the first power (13) at a weight ratio of 1 :5-7.
본 발명의 목적은, 무용제형으로 인체 유해 물질 생성을 거의 하지 않으면서, 더욱이 항균 기능은 물론 원적외선과 음이온 발생량을 극대화하는 다기능 특성을 갖는 무용제형 폴리우레탄 크리트 바닥제에 관한 것으로, 제1 주제로서, 가소제 와 트리에칠렌글리콜(TEG)과 피마자유와 계면활성제와 증류수(H2O) 및 제1 첨가제로서 항균제와, 제2 첨가제로서 음이온 파우더와, 제3 첨가제로서 토르마린을 혼합하여 제1 주제(11)를 배합하고, 제1 경화제 수지(12)로서, 폴리우레탄 계열의 경화제 수지가 사용되며, 제1 파우다로서, 칼슘옥사이드와 석영(산화규소)과 수경시멘트와 '규사 #3 - 5' 및 제1 첨가제로서 항균제와, 제2 첨가제로서 음이온 파우더와, 제3 첨가제로서 토르마린을 혼합하여 제1 파우다(13)를 배합하되, 주제(11)와 경화제(12)를 0.7 ~ 1.5: 1로 1차 배합하고, 다시 주제(11)와 경화제(12)의 1차 혼합물과 상기 제1 파우다(13)를 1 : 5 ~ 7 의 무게비로 혼합하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
