The present invention relates to a railroad expansion joint fixing apparatus which handles rail expansion and contraction displacements due to a change in an external air and prevents track buckling or track distortion. According to the provided method, instead of dismantling all the fixing devices to repair the track distortion, a gear coupling system is introduced into a fixture system which holds a base plate and a rail brace. Therefore, longitudinal and lateral displacements of a track can be easily adjusted. Alternatively, after a fixture, which is divided into a press and an insulating block, is integrated into one part, sizes of a fixture end part is varied. Therefore, replacement is carried out depending on a track distortion degree. Additionally, a through hole is applied to a fixing pad. Therefore, a hardening speed of the fixing pad slows down due to a repeated impact force of a railway vehicle operation. The expansion joint fixing apparatus of the present invention comprises: a first coil spring clip fixture (200); an anti-vibration pad (300); a baseplate (400); a pair of second coil spring clip fixtures (500); a first fixture (600); a pair of first coil spring clips (700); the rail brace (900); a second fixture (1000); and a second coil spring clip (1100).
본 발명은 외기 변화에 따른 레일 신축변위를 감당하여 선로 좌굴이나 궤도틀림 발생을 막아주는 신축이음매 시스템의 고정장치에 관한 것으로서, 선로 궤도틀림을 보수하기 위해 고정장치를 모두 해체하는 대신, 베이스플레이트와 레일브레이스를 고정하고 있는 고정구 시스템에 치차결합 시스템을 도입하여 용이하게 선로 길이방향 및 횡방향 변위를 조정할 수 있게 하거나, 눌림쇠와 절연블럭으로 구분된 고정구를 하나의 부품으로 일체화한 후 상기 고정구 단부의 치수를 다양화하여 궤도틀림 정도에 따라 갈아끼우는 방법을 제공한다. 또한, 고정패드에 통공을 적용하여 반복되는 철도차량 운행 충격력으로 고정패드가 경화되는 속도를 늦추는 구성을 제공한다.
