본 발명은 조립이 용이한 검체 채취용 부스 및 그 제작방법에 관한 것으로서, 현장에서 조립 설치가 가능한 조립식 구조를 이루게 되어 이동 및 설치가 보다 신속하고 용이하게 이루어질 수 있도록 하기 위한 것이다. 이를 실현하기 위한 본 발명은, 투시가 가능한 투명 재질로 이루어진 전면패널(10)과, 측면패널(20) 그리고 지붕패널(30)의 조립형 구조를 이루는 부스본체와; 상기 부스본체를 하부에서 일정 높이로 지지하되, 상면에는 패널 끼움홈(42)이 형성된 발판 프레임(40)과; 상기 측면패널(20) 하부에 구성되어 발판 프레임(40)과 고정을 위한 피스 체결이 이루어지는 지지브라켓(21)과; 상기 각 부스본체의 배면측에 개폐 가능하게 도어힌지(51)에 의해 연결 구성되는 출입도어(50)와; 상기 부스본체의 외측 전면에 일정 간격으로 조립 구성되는 다수의 구획격막(60)과; 상기 전면패널(10)에 형성되어 검사용 장갑(12)이 설치되는 검사통공(11);을 포함하는 구성을 이루는 것을 특징으로 한다.
The present invention relates to an easy-to-assemble sample collection booth and a manufacturing method thereof. The present invention constitutes an assembled structure which can be assembled and installed in the field, so that movement and installation can be made more quickly and easily. To this end, the present invention includes: a booth body which has the assembled structure of a front panel (10) made of a transparent material which can see through, a side panel (20) and a roof panel (30); a footrest frame (40) supporting the booth body at a certain height from a lower part, and having a panel fitting groove (42) formed on an upper surface thereof; a support bracket (21) configured on a lower side of the side panel (20) so that a piece for fixing with the footrest frame 40 is fastened; an access door (50) connected by a door hinge (51) so as to be able to open and close on a rear side of each booth body; a plurality of partition diaphragms (60) assembled at regular intervals on an outer front surface of the booth body; and an inspection through hole (11) formed in the front panel 10 and installed with inspection gloves (12).
