A waterproofing device using a micro-cement crack repair material of the present invention comprises: a lower support provided with a square frame and four pillars at the bottom and a lower top plate coupled to the four pillars; and an upper support comprising four moving supports supporting a moving plate, two pistons installed on the lower top plate, a first hydraulic power source supplying hydraulic energy to move the piston up and down, a hydraulic hose transmitting hydraulic energy generated from the first hydraulic power source, and a hydraulic supply unit connected to the hydraulic hose. The lower support is fastened and fixed to the upper support; a top plate including an inlet and an air cap is coupled to the upper part of the moving plate; an injection hose is connected to the inlet, and the injection hose is connected to a hydraulic injector; and a repair material supplied to the inlet is compacted and injected using hydraulic energy that can be freely controlled depending on the internal environment of a cracked concrete layer. According to the present invention, the micro-cement repair material is compacted and injected, so the waterproofing effect is maintained for a long period of time, and construction work can be easily performed.
본 발명의 마이크로시멘트 균열 보수재를 이용한 누수 방수장치는 하단에 사각형의 프레임과 4개 기둥이 구비되고, 하부 상판은 4개의 기둥과 결합되는 하부 지지대와; 이동판을 지지하는 4개의 이동 지지대와, 상기 하부 상판 위에 설치된 2개의 피스톤과, 상기 피스톤을 상하로 움직이게 하도록 유압 에너지를 공급하는 제1유압동력원과, 제1유압동력원에서 발생하는 유압에너지를 전달하는 유압호스와, 상기 유압호스에 연결된 유압공급부를 포함하는 상부 지지대와; 상기 하부 지지대는 상부 지지대와 체결 고정되고; 상기 이동판의 상부에 주입구와 에어캡을 포함한 상판이 결합되고; 상기 주입구에 주입호스가 연결되고, 상기 주입호스는 유압 주입기에 연결되고; 주입구에 공급된 보수재가 유압에너지에 의하여 공급된 보수재를 균열이 발생한 콘크리트층 내부 환경에 따라 자유롭게 주입 조절이 가능한 유압에너지에 의하여 압밀주입하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 마이크로시멘트 보수재를 압밀주입하므로 오랜 기간 방수 효과가 유지되고, 시공 작업을 쉽게 할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
