Crack repair material and method of waterproofing using thereof
The present invention provides a crack repairing agent in which a first main agent comprising a carboxylated styrene butadiene random copolymer resin and a tackifier, and at least one second main agent selected from the group consisting of cement, silica, fly ash, and mortar are mixed at a weight ratio of 8:2 to 4:6 with water at a weight ratio of 3:7 to 4:3. The mortar is mixed with 0.1 to 0.5 wt% of a powder in which silica, fly ash, portland cement, silica, fly ash, a dispersant, a crack preventing agent, a fluidizing agent, an emulsifying agent, and the like are mixed. In addition, the present invention provides a crack repairing method comprising: a step of sanding the bottom surface of a concrete structure, a brick masonry structure, a stone, and the like to be constructed, and performing V-cutting and cleaning cleanly when the crack is 3 mm or more; a step of forming a bottom by using a commercially available primer; a step of manufacturing a crack repairing agent by mixing a first main agent comprising a carboxylated styrene butadiene random copolymer resin and a tackifier after coating the primer, and water, wherein the main agent is mixed with at least one second main agent selected from the group consisting of cement, silica, fly ash, and mortar at a weight ratio of 8:2 to 4:6, at a weight ratio of 3:7 to 7:3; a step of repairing a crack region by means of injecting, coating, and the like into the crack region; a step of forming a medium degree and a phase by using a commercially available medium and a top agent; and a step of curing for a certain time after the top. According to the present invention, provided is a crack repairing agent suitable for various types of crack repairing because viscosity can be easily adjusted.
본 발명은 카르복실화 스티렌 부타디엔 랜덤 공중합체 수지와 점착부여제로 구성되는 제1주제와, 시멘트, 규사, 플라이애쉬와 몰탈로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종 이상의 제2주제가 중량비 8 : 2 ~ 4 : 6으로 혼합된 주제와 물이 3 : 7 ~ 4 : 3의 중량비로 혼합되는 균열보수제를 제공하고, 상기 몰탈은 규사, 플라이애쉬와 포틀랜트시멘트, 규사, 플라이애쉬에 분산제, 크랙방지제, 유동화제, 유화제 등을 혼합한 분말이 0.1 ~ 0.5 중량% 혼합되는 균열보수제를 제공한다. 또한, 본 발명은 시공하고자 하는 콘크리트 구조체, 벽돌 조적 구조물, 석재 등의 바탕면을 샌딩하되, 균열이 3mm 이상일 경우에는 V-컷팅을 행하고 깨끗하게 청소하는 단계, 상업적으로 이용할 수 있는 하도제를 사용하여 하도를 형성하는 단계, 하도제 도포 후 카르복실화 스티렌 부타디엔 랜덤 공중합체 수지와 점착부여제로 구성되는 제1주제와 시멘트, 규사, 플라이애쉬와 몰탈로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종 이상의 제2주제가 중량비 8 : 2 ~ 4 : 6으로 혼합된 주제와 물이 3 : 7 ~ 7 : 3의 중량비로 혼합하여 균열보수제를 제조하는 단계, 균열 부위에 주입, 도포 등의 방법으로 균열 부위를 보수하는 단계, 상업적으로 이용할 수 있는 중도제와 상도제를 사용하여 중도와 상도 형성하는 단계, 상도 후 일정시간 양생 경화시키는 단계를 포함하는 균열보수 방법이 제공된다.
