A Panel Unit For Floor Of Duct Installation Area In Clean Room
The present invention relates to a floor panel unit for a duct installation section and a construction method for a floor by using the floor panel units. The floor panel unit for a duct installation section is formed in a rectangular shape with a predetermined width and a length enabling both ends of the floor panel unit to be hung on an end of a concrete structure on both open sides of a duct installation section to form the floor by being arranged between structures on both sides at the open duct installation section. A male and female connection unit is formed at both ends in a width direction of each floor panel unit to be assembled by being connected to the both ends of the adjacent floor panel units (10, 10') in an interlocking method. A rigidity reinforcing structure is formed on the inner surface of a part in which the male and female connection unit is formed on the bottom of both ends to increase rigidity of the panel unit (10). The floor panel units form the floor as the connection units of both sides are connected by the interlocking method. An opening unit is formed at a duct installation position on the floor and finished by using an end finishing member. Both ends in a longitudinal direction of the panel units forming the floor are fixed by a fixing member and an anchor. Therefore, the floor panel unit for a duct installation section can shorten construction periods by simply and rapidly constructing the floor. Moreover, the floor panel unit for a duct installation section can reduce material costs and maintain safety by using a reinforced structure for forming the opening unit to form a duct.
본 발명은 덕트 설치구간용 바닥패널유닛과, 그 바닥패널유닛들에 의한 바닥시공방법에 관한 것으로, 개방된 덕트 설치 구간의 양측 구조물 사이에 배치하여 바닥을 형성하도록 덕트 설치구간의 개방된 양측의 콘크리트 구조물의 단부에 양단이 걸쳐질 수 있는 길이와 소정의 폭으로 장방형으로 형성된 덕트 설치구간용 바닥패널유닛에 있어서, 인접한 바닥패널유닛(10,10')들의 양측 단부와 맞물림 방식으로 결합하여 조립하도록 상기 바닥패널유닛들 각각의 폭방향의 양측 단부에는 암수 결합부가 형성되어 있으며, 상기 패널유닛(10)의 강성 증대를 위하여 양측 단부들의 저면에 암수 결합부가 형성된 부분의 내측면에는 강성 보강구조가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하여 구성되며, 이러한 바닥패널 유닛들을 그 양측부의 결합부를 맞물림 방식으로 결합하여 바닥을 형성하고, 바닥에 덕트 설치 위치에 개구부를 형성하고 단부마감재로 마감하고, 바닥을 형성하는 패널유닛들의 길이방향의 양측 단부를 고정부재와 앙카로 고정함으로써, 바닥 시공을 매우 간편하고 신속하게 시공할 수 있어 공기를 단축시킬 수 있고, 자재 비용을 저감할 수 있는 효과와 함께, 덕트 형성을 위한 개구부 형성에도 보강된 구조로 안전성을 유지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
