The present invention relates to a floor base installed to support a sandwich panel for a partition on a floor of a clean room where an epoxy layer is formed. The floor base comprises: the bottom plate coming in contact with the floor of the clean room; both side plates extended from both ends of the bottom plate in a vertical direction; and a gradient preventing wing extended from the outside of both side plate to a lower slope direction. A lower surface of the gradient preventing wing is formed to be higher at height of the epoxy layer (t) than the contact surface of the bottom plate to enable sealing between the floor base and the epoxy layer to be performed on the epoxy contact surface of a lower portion of both side plates and the lower surface of the gradient preventing wing.
본 발명은 에폭시층이 형성되는 크린룸 바닥에 칸막이용 샌드위치 패널을 지지하기 위해 설치하는 바닥 베이스에 관한 것으로, 상기 바닥 베이스는, 크린룸 바닥에 접지하는 밑판과 상기 밑판 양단에서 수직 방향으로 연장된 양 측판과, 상기 양 측판의 외측에서 하방 경사 방향으로 연장된 경도 방지 날개를 구비하되, 상기 경도 방지 날개의 하면은 상기 밑판의 접지면보다 상기 에폭시층의 높이(t)만큼 높게 형성하여, 상기 경도 방지 날개의 하면과 상기 양측판의 하부 에폭시 접촉면에서 바닥 베이스와 에폭시층간의 실링(sealing)이 이루어지게 한 것을 특징으로 한다.
