Modified-Asphalt Concrete Composition with Improved Crack Resistance and Constructing Methods Using Thereof
The present invention relates to a modified asphalt concrete composition having improved crack resistance and a construction method using the same. According to the present invention, the modified asphalt concrete composition comprises, with respect to 100 parts by weight of asphalt: 1 to 30 parts by weight of styrene isoprene styrene; 1 to 30 parts by weight of styrene butadiene styrene; 1 to 30 parts by weight of petroleum resin; 800 to 1,500 parts by weight of aggregate; 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of a performance improver; 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of nano ceramic particles; 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of a compatibilizer; 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of vegetable oil; 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of cellulose fiber; and 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of an antioxidant. Accordingly, the modified asphalt concrete composition with improved crack resistance has good crack resistance, high fluidity, and/or durability and prevents water infiltration and potholes while preventing easy occurrence of plastic deformation, aging, and/or peeling while, thereby providing an effect of facilitating a casting process at low cost.
본 발명은 아스팔트 100중량부 기준으로, 스티렌이소프렌스티렌 1 내지 30중량부; 스티렌부타디엔스티렌 1 내지 30중량부; 석유수지 1 내지 30중량부; 골재 800 내지 1,500중량부; 성능개선제 0.1 내지 5중량부; 나노세라믹 입자 0.1 내지 5중량부; 상용화제 0.1 내지 5중량부; 식물성 오일 0.1 내지 5중량부; 셀룰로오스 섬유 0.1 내지 5중량부; 및 산화방지제 0.1 내지 5중량부를 포함하는 균열저항성이 향상된 개질아스팔트 콘크리트 조성물 및 이의 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 균열저항성이 향상된 개질아스팔트 콘크리트 조성물은 균열저항성, 고내유동성, 및/또는 내구성 등이 좋고, 소성변형, 노화 및/또는 박리가 쉽게 발생하지 않으면서도, 침투수 및 포트홀을 방지하여, 저비용으로 타설공정을 용이하게 수행할 수 있도록 하는 등의 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to a modified asphalt concrete composition having improved crack resistance and a construction method using the same. According to the present invention, the modified asphalt concrete composition comprises, with respect to 100 parts by weight of asphalt: 1 to 30 parts by weight of styrene isoprene styrene; 1 to 30 parts by weight of styrene butadiene styrene; 1 to 30 parts by weight of petroleum resin; 800 to 1,500 parts by weight of aggregate; 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of a performance improver; 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of nano ceramic particles; 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of a compatibilizer; 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of vegetable oil; 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of cellulose fiber; and 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of an antioxidant.
