In the present invention, disclosed are a thermally conductive concrete powder crusher, a thermally conductive concrete composition, a freezing warning system for heating road pavement, a freezing warning method, an anti-freezing block, and a staircase structure using the same. The thermally conductive concrete powder crusher according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a crusher body which has a receiving space formed therein; a hopper which supplies lumps of concrete from the upper part of the crusher body; a crushing unit which is accommodated inside the crusher body and crushes the lumps of concrete supplied through the hopper; and a discharge unit which allows the lumps of concrete crushed through the crushing unit to be fallen and discharged.
본 발명은 열전도성 콘크리트 분말 파쇄기, 열전도성 콘크리트 조성물, 발열도로포장의 결빙 경고시스템, 결빙 경고 방법, 결빙방지 블록 및 이를 이용한 계단 구조물이 개시된다. 본 발명의 하나의 실시 예에 따른 열전도성 콘크리트 분말 파쇄기는 내부에 수용 공간이 형성되어 있는 파쇄기 본체; 상기 파쇄기 본체의 상부에서 콘크리트 덩어리를 공급하는 호퍼; 상기 파쇄기 본체 내부에 수용되며 상기 호퍼를 통해 공급되는 상기 콘크리트 덩어리를 파쇄하는 파쇄부; 및 상기 파쇄부를 통해 파쇄된 상기 콘크리트 덩어리가 낙하되어 배출되는 배출부; 를 포함한다.
