SCRAPER USING RAKE HAVING EMERGENCY STOP FUNCTION
A rotary scraper capable of disaster response is disclosed. The rotary scraper capable of disaster response comprises: a frame which is opened on both sides in a flow direction of a fluid to allow the passage of the fluid; guide rails which are respectively provided on the inner sides of edges parallel in a vertical direction of the frame; a pair of chains which are respectively guided to the guide rails and connected to a pair of sprockets provided on the frame to allow infinite rotation; a drive motor which generates driving force to rotate one of the pair of corresponding sprockets; a screen which is fixed to the opposing guide rails or frame to filter out debris flowing along with the fluid; a rake which is connected to the pair of chains, moves in the same direction as the infinitely rotating chains, and lifts the debris caught on the screen; and an overload prevention unit which protects the chains from the sprocket receiving the driving force when the load applied to the rake lifting the debris on the screen exceeds a set value. Therefore, the rotary scraper can protect the chains and the drive motor.
