본 발명은 사출성형기에 설치된 커버부; 상기 커버부에 대해 중첩(重疊)되는 정도가 조절되도록 제1축방향을 따라 이동하는 도어부; 상기 도어부의 상측에 위치하도록 상기 커버부에 설치된 지지부; 및 상기 지지부와 상기 도어부의 사이에서 상기 지지부와 상기 도어부 각각에 설치되어서 상기 도어부가 상기 제1축방향에 대해 수직한 제2축방향으로 이동 가능한 거리를 제한하는 제한부를 포함하는 사출성형기용 도어장치에 관한 것이다.
The present invention relates to a door apparatus for an injection molding machine, which comprises the following: a cover unit installed on the injection molding machine; a door unit moving along a first axis direction so that the degree of overlapping with the cover unit is adjusted; a support unit installed on the cover unit to be positioned on the upper side of the door unit; and a limiting unit installed on each of the support unit and the door unit between the support unit and the door unit to limit a distance in which the door unit is movable in a second axis direction perpendicular to the first axis direction. According to the present invention, the vibration generated during the operation of the injection molding machine can be reduced.
