The present invention relates to a door device for an injection molding machine. The present invention includes: a door frame which forms an accommodation space accommodating an injection molding machine; a door which is movably installed along an opening and closing direction with respect to the door frame in order to open a connection passage connecting the outside and the accommodation space or close the connection passage; a vertical alignment unit which aligns the position of the door with respect to the door frame based on the vertical direction perpendicular to the opening and closing direction; and an internal and external alignment unit which aligns the position of the door with respect to the door frame based on an internal and external direction perpendicular to each of the opening and closing direction and the vertical direction. The internal and external alignment unit is installed at a position spaced apart in an inward direction from the outside toward the accommodation space with respect to the vertical alignment unit. The present invention improves the efficiency of work.
본 발명은 사출성형기를 수용하는 수용공간을 형성하는 도어프레임; 외부와 상기 수용공간을 연결하는 연결통로를 개방하거나 상기 연결통로를 폐쇄하도록 상기 도어프레임에 대해 개폐방향을 따라 이동 가능하게 설치된 도어; 상기 개폐방향에 대해 수직한 상하방향을 기준으로 상기 도어프레임에 대한 상기 도어의 위치를 정렬시키는 상하정렬부; 및 상기 개폐방향 및 상기 상하방향 각각에 대해 수직한 내외방향을 기준으로 상기 도어프레임에 대한 상기 도어의 위치를 정렬시키는 내외정렬부를 포함하고, 상기 내외정렬부는 상기 상하정렬부에 대해 외부로부터 상기 수용공간 쪽을 향하는 내측방향으로 이격된 위치에 설치된 사출성형기용 도어장치에 관한 것이다.

The present invention relates to a door device for an injection molding machine.
